Sie werden es lieben, in unserem wunderschön eingerichteten Strandhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 1 1/2 Bädern zu wohnen. So nahe am Strand können Sie die Wellen hören! Vollständig renoviert und bereit für Sie zu genießen. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuer Spülmaschine und Entsorgung, separater charmanter Speisesaal, brandneuen Etagen und offener Frühstücksbar. Neue, weiche Matratzen auf allen Betten, Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer und Internetzugang. Fernseher mit Chrome TV, DVD's und C.D. 's Waschmaschine / Trockner. Bis zu 6 Gäste können die Unterkunft genießen. Wir haben eine Altersgrenze von 26 und mehr. Der Garten ist mit einer Feuerstelle, einem großen, geschlossenen Garten und Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Voll geschlossene Garage. Wir bieten Liegestühle, Handtücher und Sonnencreme. We had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend here. Communication with Marylin was fantastic all the way through the process. Check in was a breeze and the property was exactly what we were looking for. We had my significant other and two teenagers as well as my mother with us and everyone had a great time. The location was a very short walk to the beach and the outside shower at the house was such a nice convenience for afterwards. The house was just what we needed with space for everyone to do their own thing when they wanted and space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and fit our needs perfectly. I highly recommend this property if you are at all on the fence. Nice quiet neighborhood, shopping and restaurants close by, and an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Scary Neighbors!

The gps shared link took us to the wrong home and the neighbors were running down the street yelling with a flashlight in our face. The next door neighbor had a small dog barking at us. Another male neighbor across the street started yelling from his doorway. While this commotion was happening, I was trying to call the hosts and no answer so I left a message. I then thought this was a scam. Our children were terrified by now. Veryyy uncomfortable situation as we checked in or arrived at 10 pm later than we thought. We have never seen people so in other peoples privacy before like this. They didn’t even know the host as we were trying to tell them their names. The host calls me back and he could hear the commotion and he said this has happened before the address on the link isn’t the same of the property. We thought we didn’t have anywhere to sleep after driving 9 hours. We then put our luggage back in our vehicle just to drive down the street three or so houses. Feeling we were being watched all night we didn’t sleep and we left as soon as 5:30am. I sent the host a message letting them know we wouldn’t be staying the other two nights.and requested part of our money back but they no since they couldn’t rent it out again with it being booked. This never happened to us before. When the home didn’t have towels or a way to actually cook in the kitchen due to a note saying the microwave and stove couldn’t be on at the same time it would shorten out the power.

Stay during race weekend

We booked this property for a race weekend and it worked out well. It was about a 30 minute easy drive to the race track. Unfortunately it was way too cold in January to enjoy the beach but it was nice to drive by it. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and we had all we needed. In warmer weather, you’d have everything you needed for a beach vacation. My husband used the grill, which worked fine but you may need charcoal. Communication with the host was wonderful!Some things to know about the house: there is only ONE shower inside the house so the listing should say 1 1/2 bath and one outside shower. This is not clear in the listing. There is not easy access to the outside shower and since it was cold outside, all of the guests had to share one shower inside. Just know that the “block” to the beach is a long walk, and if it were me, I’d want to drive rather than carry all the beach stuff up to the beach. There is a nice little public parking area at the end of the street.

2024 Biketoberfest

The location worked out perfectly for us going to events. We had some issues with the electrical and internet but there was no fault of the owners as the hurricane had just happened previous week. The owners were very attentive to any of our needs and we're always available. Would highly recommend staying here.

Kids first sight of the ocean

My kids have never been to the ocean and i wanted to yake them for spring break. They had an AMAZING time. From taking a shower outside to get the sand off to snuggling on the couch watching a movie. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, it was amazing.

Nice family rental

Property was very nice to stay at for my family. We walked to the beach twice a day and the beach toys and wagon was very useful and appreciated. Howse was older but in perfect condition. Only reasons im giving it a 4 star review is listing said it had a bbq grill but didnt. Everything needed for grilling was there minus the grill. Fortunately i was able to find one on marketplace and was able to grill. Otherwise absolutely everything you needed was there. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at your home. Loved all the beach items to use while we visited. Lots of notes in the house directing you what to do, etc. The neighborhood seemed a little run down in areas, so at first site, it was a little scary for females, but ended up being a super quiet community. We are performers and we love the Beach. So we bought this house to be close to the beach and want others to enjoy it too! Marylin grew up in Wisconsin and David in Oklahoma. We live in Orlando and love Florida. We've lived here for over 20 years!

The wonderful thing about our location is that it's quiet and comfortable, with an easy going vibe. However, just a short 10 to 15 minute drive you have all the activities of Daytona Beach with the boardwalk, arcade, rides, more restaurants and live music. We love our neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. It is a great place to vacation and enjoy the local restaurants, parks, beach and activities in Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach.

We love our big backyard that has outdoor table and chairs. It has a great firepit and small charcoal grill. You can hear the ocean and feel the great breeze. But just a short walk and you'll be enjoying our no drive beach!
