Gemütliche Wohnung in bester Lage
Diese Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere vier Tage in Paris, mitten im quirligen Marais und doch ruhig, da im Hinterhaus. Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert, die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt- nach langen Besichtigungstouren etc. war es sehr angenehm, sich in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung etwas auszuruhen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!
Calm, cosy, very close to public transport
Fantastic apartment with a very nice and helpful host. I only can recommend that place. The apartment is calm, clean, very well situated. Lots of restaurants and nice shops around. Very close to metro station (Saint Paul). Top!
Lovely
We (2 persons) spend 5 days in the apartment in September 2016. The apartment has a great location, everywhere around are little shops and boutiques and nice restaurants with really good food. I recommend the st. Catherines place, where you can enjoy your evening perfectly. Still the apartment was silent by night and you could sleep well. Everything is as discribed in the pictures, all very clean and with many cute details. Also you have the metro very nearby and can reach everything within minutes. Everything worked out with the keys etc.

Excellent location, comfortable and quiet with charm
The location couldn't be better and we enjoyed our brief stay. This is five star -- clean, accurately represented, extremely responsive owner, comfortable bed, and quiet location, yet the property might not be for everyone. The furnishings are shabby chic and "antique-like" pieces that aren't first with comfort but who spends a lot of time in the apartment? On the plus side, the kitchen is well-supplied, the bathroom fixtures are modernized and the bathroom is large with a window. The apartment is bright and the layout works nicely with a separate dining area right outside the kitchen. The apartment is two flights up and while many old buildings settle, the stairs are slanted and warped. and the dining room wood floor has a major slant. The building hallway could be better maintained but was passable. The apartment feels old which is part of the charm but more comfortable furniture would certainly make the place more cozy and cheery. Linens were plentiful and fresh. No issue with cleanliness. Would stay again.
Hello Terry, Thank you for taking the time to give us a detailed feedback. Just wanted to explain to you about the furniture. I’ve had a few guests who suggested the same thing as you did! Instead of the antique furniture they would’ve preferred more comfortable furniture, probably meaning one of those modern couches. I’ve actually considered doing this but if I put in a modern couch in this apartment that would take away the charm of Paris and specially the charm of this old town “Le Marais”(The oldest and most historic part of Paris!). So I had to pick one and give up on the other between the comfort and the charm of Paris!! I am sorry that you would’ve preferred the other option that I did not choose. Making everybody happy is never easy..!
Great place to stay
Super location, 100 m from main shopping street, major thoroughfare, city bikes, and 200m from metro. Yet the apartment is very quiet. It is a compact space but our family of 5 with 3 teenagers had sufficient space. Kitchen is limited but this is Paris, and within 100m are at least 10 restaurants, including several on a nearby square. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Es ist auch in der Nähe Chatelet (beide Endstation Metro und RER), die sowohl Charles de Gaulle und Orly und Gare du Nord Bahnhof (Eurostar-Terminus) verbindet.
