The bungalow features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the private heated pool and spa provide the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Inquire for shorter stays

✦ The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need – Featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and all the essential cookware and utensils.
✦ Resort-Style Amenities - Guests have access to a heated, private pool, complete with a poolside grill and comfortable patio furniture – a great way to cool off or gather for a laid-back meal.
✦ Close to the free trolley stop which is only one block away running north and south on AMI, shops and restaurants.
For your convenience, the home includes a beach wagon with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and all bath towels, beach towels, and linens—everything ready for a relaxing stay!
Please note a starter set of toiletries and supplies are left for your arrival. The complimentary starter set includes:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, one paper towel roll, two garbage bags, small dish soap and two pods for the dishwasher. With a Publix grocery store located nearby for anything else desired.

Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise
Please Remember: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level. Noise ordinance is in effect 10pm to 7am. Excessive and unreasonable noise can result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

We loved this house! Perfect size for us, close walk to the beach and shopping and a few restaurants. We would for sure stay there again if we visited the area. Loved the pool & hot tub and all the beach items that we took to the beach in the handy wagon. Thank you!!

This was a great place to stay for our vacation and the host was very responsive!! Other than being directly on a busy street, the location on the island was ideal and allowed us to easily access both ends of the island, which made getting around very convenient. The home was comfortable and offered a relaxing environment throughout our stay. While there were a few small aspects of the property that could be improved, they didn’t interfere with our enjoyment or the overall quality of our trip. We had a wonderful vacation and appreciated having such a well-located place to stay.

New Clean Rental

We were the first ones to stay in this new VRBO. Great location, clean and easy location to get around the island. 1 block walk to the beach for sunsets every night. It will be a great rental as they get a few of the kinks worked out.

This home was as expected for the most part. We have stayed at numerous rentals throughout the years and this one was in the top 10. The location being about 1 and half blocks from the beach access is perfect. Cleanliness in the home was very good. Close to alot of restaurants and bars. Some within walking distance. A tip - rent a golf cart. This is the easiest way to navigate the island. Communication response with management was very good. There were a few issues noticed, mainly cosmetic, but i alerted management and they took note to fix. It was not imperative that they fix while we were there. Again, minor issues. One item to take note of is that this home is on the main road going thru island. It was not an issue for us but if you dont like road noise or busy roads at times, might be a concern. I would have given 5stars for overall but there are a few things to note. The bedroom to the right of the hallway, the mattress is starting to sink in the middle, otherwise, the beds are memory foam and comfortable. The master bedroom could use a dresser for clothes. There is a wardrobe with shelves but a dresser would be an improvement. Outside area could use some TLC like cushions for the wood loungers but, overall, it was nice and relaxing. Pool water was perfectly warm at all times and very clean. Thank you for providing a nice beach home on AMI.

The house is very clean and updated- the lack of laundry room was a bit of hassle esp with little kids. The communication was great with property owner and location was close to beach access/ we rented a golf cart which I think is a necessity for this house if you have kiddos. Over all a great house and accommodated our family nicely

Great location. The house is a bit sparce when it comes to furniture (places to put clothes) and theres not a washer/dryer. Very clean and comfortable though.

Brand New - Great Location!

This is a very newly renovated property- clean, well appointed and so close to the beach - a short block and a half walk. Amanda is a very responsive and friendly host. For families coming from far away the only downside is no laundry on site (there is a laundromat close by). I knew this going in and packed accordingly. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and backyard is a great space! Still a few minor details to work through (more lighting by pool for nighttime and shower curtain tension rod fell a few times) but still a five star place for sure! Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Great beach cottage two minute walk from beautiful beach

The good parts: Location (literally a city block away from beautiful white sandy beach), pool and hot tub with privacy, AC works great, cottage as pictured in the listing and clean. Suggestions: put chest of drawers in the bedrooms (there is room and this is a cheap addition) because people don’t want to live out of suitcases for a week or more. Also put stepping stones between pool door and pool deck as the shell gravel hurts bare feet, finally the front walk-in closet in master could hold a washer/dryer (vacationers don’t need two huge walk in closets in the master).
