Welcome to La Casa 3B/2.5B Beachfront Condo! Over 2300sqft of sunlit space - perfect for families or travelers who need a lot of room! Our Resort Complex is right on Holmes Beach with direct access by a wooden boardwalk. All the beach supplies - towels, chairs, cooler, etc. are provided by us! Great for families - we have 3 full bedrooms and a large, open layout living area with a fireplace and Smart TV. Right off the living room is a HUGE balcony with partial oceanview and beach views!

✔️ While we treat regularly for pests, this is still Florida and waterfront. As a result, it's not uncommon to see a bug or two. We do not issue refunds for pests

✔️ Since there's other buildings nearby, public areas controlled by the county, and other condos not controlled by us - we cannot guarantee whether or not there will be construction/renovations during your stay in neighboring units or buildings. As a result, we do not issue refunds related to construction or noise created by it
