Private 10 BR Estate: Ranch House, Farmhouse & Bunkhouse at Rockin’ View Ranch!

Rockin' View Ranch is an enchanting place to bring families and make memories! This peaceful escape is located in Eastern San Diego County. Enjoy the space and privacy that comes with country living, while being less than 25 miles from San Diego's famous beaches. Come enjoy the serene mountain view while enjoying the beautiful pool, always-hot jacuzzis, game room & animal encounters with our resident mini alpaca, mini donkey, dwarf goats, chickens, and bunnies. Rockin' View Ranch features three areas for your group to spread out, while still being all together! “The Ranch House” at Rockin’ View Ranch is a large 4200 sq ft 6 bedroom, 3 bath one-story ranch style house. Our peaceful retreat features a mini ranch with a mini barn, complete with a miniature donkey, miniature alpaca, dwarf goats, and bunnies. Enjoy simple ranch pleasures like collecting fresh eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The themed bedrooms feature different farm animals and are all beautifully decorated. The Game Room is fully stocked and we also have outdoor yard games such as a ladder toss and a corn hole game available as well. We just added a brand new pickleball court complete with a comfortable area with chairs and benches for spectators to watch the game! Our large, saltwater pool is solar heated year round, but can also be heated with propane to a toasty 85 degrees upon request for an additional fee. (Fee changes monthly based on base temperature and propane rates, please message for details.) There is SO MUCH to do, you may not want to leave. But if you do decide to venture out, we have many nearby attractions, and are not too far from some landmarks as well:

We are a 10 minute drive from the Viejas Outlet Shopping Center, and 10-15 minutes from several local casinos.

"The Farm House" is a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with its own jacuzzi, patio area, and gazebo. It is also beautifully decorated with farm animal themed bedrooms, a kitchen that is fully stocked with appliances and cookware, and hair dryers, phone chargers to make traveling easier. We also have two pack and plays and a high chair available to lighten your traveling load.

"The Bunk House" in located just steps from the Farm House and features a king bed with a loft that houses another kind bed, it's own full bathroom and LOTS of farm charm! Between all three of these accommodations, we can comfortable host up to 28 guests, possibly more if there's small children. Our base rate includes up to 16 guests. Additional guests (up to 28 total) are welcome for an extra guest fee of $25/guest per night. This allows our property to be more affordable to smaller groups and covers the extra utilities and cleaning that come with hosting more people.

The Ranch House (Vrbo# 3080888) and the Farm House/Bunk House (Vrbo #3476826) are each listed separately, however, we are making them available to rent together to accommodate your large group! It makes us so happy to provide a place where families can come together and enjoy many different activities for all age groups.

Many of our groups are celebrating special occasions, and we love making those extra special for our guests! We have hosted corporate retreats, church groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays and anniversary parties, as well as small weddings and receptions. We can suggest personal chefs and event rental companies for your celebrations. You will need to inquire with us prior to booking if you are hoping to host an event. Events will be considered on a case by case basis and may require an additional event fee.

Please note that this is a smoke free, pet free property for the safety of our full time resident animals and to maintain an allergen free home. Our home is also in an area prone to wildfires, so we have a zero tolerance no smoking policy. Rest assured that we will turn over a sparkly clean, well maintained home for you to enjoy!
