Sleeping arrangements include one guest bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom, guest bedroom on the 3rd floor with en suite bathroom and the primary bedroom on the 3rd floor with views of the ocean and en suite bathroom. The spacious living area and kitchen are on the second floor.

Please note you will be renting the LEFT side of the duplex. The entire left side of the duplex including garage, driveway and backyard will be your own private beach getaway!

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It`s up to you. If needed, I`m only a phone call/message away! You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Restaurants, bars, and shops peppered throughout Jacksonville Beach are within walking and biking distance, promising a plethora of dining and entertainment options at your fingertips.

You can walk, bike, run or drive to get to your favorite places in Jacksonville Beach from the house! There are four bikes provided for you at the house and enough parking for everyone! There is a parking lot open 24/7 directly across from the house for extra parking.

There is enough parking for two cars at the house. Directly across the street is a free parking lot open 24/7 for extra parking.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or
buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage
waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a
booking.

🐾 Pet Policy:
One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee (per Stripe’s policy).
Parties are NOT allowed in this house! Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave the house IMMEDIATELY.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
