Escape the routine of visiting the parks every day and step inside of this brand new themed house with 5 bedrooms, a private pool, SPA, TV room and a game room specially designed to entertain your family. You can also have some fun at the clubhouse, which offers a bar/restaurant, a big pool with water slides, a lazy river, spa, gym, playground, and mini golf.

Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and SPA (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay).

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with an air hockey table and a TV. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TVs.

For your convenience, there are two bedrooms located on the first floor and two full bathrooms. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with two sofa beds, an 85 inches TV and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor.

• You can park one car in the driveway. Additional parking spaces on the street in front of the house (first come, first served).

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

• You’ll find a starter pack with: Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom) Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (3), Shampoo and Shower Gel (1 for each bathroom).

• We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
