We stayed in this house for 10 days with 7 family members twice and had the best vacation time. The house was spacious, perfectly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, just as in the pictures. The service was also detailed and friendly from the reservation stage to the check-out, and we were able to receive and resolve requests almost immediately. Wonderful property - we will be back

We've stayed at the Storey Lake complex multiple times, but I think this has been my favorite property to date! It was so clean and laid out very nicely for our family. We only had 4 staying there but talked about inviting my parents and other family next time, as it was plenty big with 5 bedrooms and tons of baths!

Absolutely perfect location to enjoy Disney and co. Nice and clean house. Bonus: Nice “community” pool area. Personally, we would have wished to have more tools in the kitchen, they were a bit understocked/outdated.

Great place to stay - again!

We stayed here for a tradeshow at the Orange County Convention Center. This property is so convenient to everything in Orlando. It has plenty of room for everyone, and we especially loved that each room had a dedicated bathroom - so no waiting for a shower in the morning! This is our second time at this property, and we will be back!

Ideal location and beautiful home

We were super-pleased with this property. The entire process - from booking to check-out - was very clear and straightforward. Everything we could ask for

We wanted a house with enough rooms for everyone, and a private pool with hot tub. It’s exactly what we wanted and what was provided. If purchasing the heated pool/spa, just know the first night it may not be hot yet as it needs time to warm up, but by the next night steam was rolling off the top of the water. Perfect for what we needed.

As advertised! (which is a good thing!)

My family (3 generations) and I truly enjoyed our getaway at this property! Consistent with the reviews we read ahead of booking, the house was *very* clean, furnishings and living/bedroom/bathroom spaces are all great, owner was very responsive, etc. Heated pool/spa was a must (especially in November)! The beautiful/serene view out back was/is a differentiating factor! The Clubhouse amenities just a *short* walk down the road were also awesome! Loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!

Home away from home

We had 2 families together. Had plenty of spaces to come together, but also enough room to spread out.. The lazy river and splash pad were within walkin distance, but spent mostbof our free time enjoying the screened pool. The property manger notified us of a repair that beed done but it did not effect our stay.Any questions or concerns we had were handled promptly.

Exceptional Vacation-Home Away From Home

We had an exceptional experience staying at this property last week. This beautiful and spacious home offered our family of eight more than enough room to spread out and enjoy family time and personal time to just relax.The views are absolutely stunning, especially at night from the upstairs master bedroom, which you can see the waterway from both windows. Having the private lanai and pool was a highlight for both the adults and the kiddos.I’m very meticulous when it comes to renting a home when on vacation in regards to the cleanliness and comfort of the home. Because, the photos of the property that you see online don’t always represent what you see upon arriving to the property. And this can be a very frustrating and tedious process to navigate. However, this property looks just as represented in the photos. And my family and I can attest to the warm and welcoming feeling of both the home and the beds in every bedroom. Nice, clean, mattresses and Lenin’s in the bedrooms.The level of communication was very timely from arrival to departure. Received very thorough instructions about the stay, as well as very clear explanation of the expectations upon arrival and departure. The host done an exceptional job of putting together a comprehensive package of information for review online to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings. If you read or leave a negative review on this property, it will not be because of the host, but not taking the time to thoroughly read the terms

Great Place / As Advertised

This house was as advertised and was perfect for our party of 8. We had space to spread out and decompress after long days at the parks. We were close to grocery stores and the drives to Disney/Universal were convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. We had 1 small hiccup - smoke alarm going off at 5AM on New Years morning. We were tired and not sure what to do- not knowing if it was just a fire alarm or a carbon monoxide detector - just know that the fire department was there in less than 5 minutes should a real emergency happen :)

Florida Family Fun

We have rented many, many VRBO homes and this was one of the best. The home had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, the layout was perfect for our family and the community pool, water slides and lazy river were a short walk away. We were less than 1/2 hour to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and 5 minutes to pick up groceries. We loved swimming day and night and seeing the beautiful sunset from our pool. There were plenty of bath and pool towels, coffee mugs, dishes and wine glasses. And the pans were like new and nothing stuck when we made bacon and eggs in the morning. We would definitely recommend this home and would rent again if we were in the Orlando area.

Scott helped me to relax and enjoy!

I can not say enough how much we enjoyed our time at this property. When first arriving I noticed how clean the house was! I am very picky and I was so pleased. The property is exactly like it is shown and was roomy enough for my whole group. The drive to Disney was super easy I never hit traffic and was able to make it is usually under 18 mins. The club house was always busy and with our own pool I didn’t really see a need to go more then once. We did have some crazy weather and Scott was very responsive in fixing a ripped screen and having our pool cleaned from the debris. We also had a duck that created a nest under the front bush and we were able to watch her care for her eggs which was really unique. Thank you Scott, I highly recommend this house and only wish I knew were the pillows in the master bedroom were from because I miss them already!
