Welcome to our short-term retreat in picturesque Colorado Springs! Prepare to have your breath taken away not only by the altitude but also by the stunning mountain views. This spacious abode will knock your socks off. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house has enough space to host your entire family while ensuring you all maintain your sanity. Feel free to make yourselves at home, but please don't try to take the mountains with you when you leave—it's a bit of a hassle, trust us! Soak in the beauty, embrace the tranquility, and let the mountain air tickle your funny bone. This is the place where majestic views and family fun time unite!

Upon entering this wonderful 2382 sq ft home and ascending 5 short steps a vast open space is revealed. From here you can relax or entertain with the conveniently located kitchen. This well-equipped and appointed kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, a glass cooktop stove, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. The upstairs level includes a spacious master bedroom with a California king-size bed, cedar-lined walk-in closet, relaxing retreat space, and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also includes exclusive access to a private balcony, to enjoy your morning coffee. Next to the master suite is a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed. Convenient to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Descend the stairs to the lower level and you will discover two more bedrooms. One is perfectly equipped with bunk beds, with an Xtra-Long Twin over Queen, and another with a Queen size bed. Adjacent to these two rooms is a full bath. This level also includes another expansive open area for entertaining. In this space, you will find a foosball table, Smart TV, board games, and a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sized bed and a loveseat that turns into a twin bed. To make this space extra inviting and to enhance your Colorado experience, there is a cozy fireplace.

Outside you will discover a secluded fully fenced yard featuring mature trees, a covered patio, and a bbq grill. The large grassy area provides enough space to play catch, run around, or whatever outdoor yard game you want to play.
