Safety Waiver and Agreement Signing:
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, a short Waiver is required to be signed prior to arrival. This waiver covers the use of the hot tub, pool (if applicable), any recreational equipment, and general property liability. It is quick and easy, ensuring everyone understands the house rules and safety guidelines. Guests will receive the waiver upon booking, and completion is required before check-in.

Additionally, the Rental Agreement must also be signed and returned prior to arrival. Failure to provide the signed Agreement and waiver may result in cancellation of the reservation or denied check-in.
