Jetzt, nachdem sie komplett renoviert wurde, ist diese unglaubliche Ocean Sands Wohnung im dritten Stock für Ihre Urlaubspläne geöffnet. Sie wohnen nicht nur in einer der frischesten und am elegantesten eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen im Gebäude, sondern auch in einer der wenigen Einheiten mit eigenem Balkon und großer Terrasse, die sich wie in einem anderen Gebäude fühlen Größe Wohnzimmer.

Alles hier ist mit Luxus und Geräumigkeit abgeschlossen. Vom großen Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, einem großen TV mit DVD-Player, einem geräumigen Essbereich und offenem Grundriss bis hin zur eleganten Küche, hochwertigen Betten und großen Schränken bietet es viel Platz zum Ausspannen und Entspannen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Premium-Kabel-TV, kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN und einen kostenlosen Ferngesprächsservice.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen direkten Blick auf den Golf und den Strand und führt auf den privaten Balkon. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über ein luxuriöses Kingsize-Bett und ein zusätzliches Twin-Size-Bett für die Kleinen. Das Bad ist elegant mit Granit-Waschtischen und übergroßen Badewannen- / Duschkombinationen ausgestattet. Der große begehbare Kleiderschrank bietet viel Platz für alles, und der gesamte Raum ist mit warmen Holzböden umgeben.

Absolutely loved st stay here. The balcony was wonderful with lots of furniture and so close to the beach. We spent so much time outside. Condo is convenient to grocery stores, shopping etc. Would definitely stay there again. No complaints!

Again, our stay was awesome!! We absolutely love the condo and community that it is in! The only issue is the hall bathroom shower. It needs a weighted shower curtain or a rounded shower rod to give you more room. When the AC kicks in the shower curtain blows into your legs. Seriously thinking of buying a unit and having you manage it and just stay a couple times a year Your management group is amazing! I’ve booked thru two others and was not impressed with them See you next year! Have a great day! Sharon

Amazing deck!

The extended balcony/deck is amazing. We sat out every morning for hours looking at the best view around. The condo also has very easy beach access. The water, sand and beach was perhaps the best we have ever encountered in many years of travel. The furniture was good and kitchen well appointed. The king bed could use an update. The property managers were exceptional dealing with an intermittent issue. A five-star experience!

The location was in the center of everything. The deck was amazing and had so many different areas to eat and relax. The deck was the best part of the condo. The condo was nice with good furniture. The one negative was that the dishwasher silverware bin needed to be replaced and apparently the guests before us either didn't run dishwasher or didn't use soap as all of the dishes and silver were pretty disgusting. We had to wash everything by hand once we took out of the dishwasher. However, there were so many good things about the condo that we would definitely recommend and would also like to rent this place again.

Ocean Sands 1-306. Not the unit I originally reserved. Replacement unit for the original which was being remodeled. Thank you, to I-trip. This is definitely an upgrade. Beautiful, spacious unit. Clean. I really only have one gripe, needs more dish towels. Definitely not anything to minus stars for. Balcony is huge, could probably just live out here. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Everything works. Really a super nice condo. Thanks again to I-trip. Always responsive to messages. Only company I'll use.

Madeira Beach 2022Vacation

We loved this two bedroom condo. The very large deck looked out to the ocean. We ate all of our meals outside with the ocean in the background. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. All three tvs were large. The cable and WiFi gave us many options for inside entertainment! Our vehicle was given a parking spot in the first level parking garage. We had rolling carts to help get luggage and groceries up to our condo. This condo is in walking distance to get groceries and a short drive to Clearwater. We were only a 4 minute drive to John’s Pass where we enjoyed Wave runners, parasailing, dolphin tour, shopping and eating! Our teenage grandsons had a great time. It is usually hard to get them away from their gaming systems. Here, they had a blast. We will definitely look to book this condo for our next family vacation to Madeira Beach!

Should have had discounted rates

We were made aware of the possibility of construction noise, but not that the conditions around the building and parking areas and elevator were dangerous. Storm damage had not been mitigated enough to allow for safe access to parking, elevators, or beach. Poorly lit parking and “lobby” until a couple of steps in when the motion sensor would detect. Questionable person in an altered state loitering at elevator during bad weather one evening. Debris and random sharp objects sticking up from around parking and walking areas leading to beach,equipment blocking parking. Pool was not only closed and full of sand but also surrounded by barriers. We were not informed when I inquired about the pool, specifically.Floors left our bare feel black, toilets moldy, freezer moldy, not enough furniture inside or out for a party of 4 to recline comfortably. Had to move 1/2 of outdoor sectional in and out from balcony daily. Door combo pad started to faulted last couple of days of stay. Forgot to report. I’m sure it would have been addressed quickly if I had. Toilet repair was done within same day of notification.But, property was not in safe rental order. I would have cancelled if I’d known what I know now. A discount surely would have helped.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at the Ocean Sands condo unit 306 for 2 weeks, it was a beautiful unit, had a bit of attention to detail put into this condo, I would have rated this a 5 star condo. Pros would be that the check in was super easy as we arrived at midnight, and just needed a code to punch in in order to open the unit, no keys necessary. Unit was HUGE, much larger than we expected, walk in closet was huge, balcony was enormous, rooms were a great size. Kitchen is amazing, decor was very tasteful, and had plenty of towels, washer and dryer was my favorite part of this condo, very handy. We were on the 3rd floor which was perfect, facing the beach, just perfect. We had covered parking which was amazing, and the location is great, this was our 3rd visit to Madeira. The cons would be, that the cleaning crew missed a few important things; coffeepot was not cleaned, we went out and bought a new one, ice machine on fridge was filthy, and the dusting was ok to say the least. Stupid things like there was a plant/bamboo decoration thingie on the dining room table, for example that was full of dust and had floating moldy water. It was not a big deal, but when we pay for a stunning condo like this, these are things that should not be missed. Beach equipment was the worst we've had on our trips down here, and we have rented less fancy condos. There were only 2 beach chairs and one was broken, and there were 2 raggedy looking umbrellas. Also. little things like Saran wrap, aluminum foil, kitchen stuff was missing, cups were old and had permanent scratches on bottom, looked like stained milk. Mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced, I reported most of these issues to the person we booked with through itrip and no one ever got back to me. I would definitely stay at this condo again though.

We really enjoyed this condo with it’s huge wonderful balcony which we used a lot. The furniture was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. Very well located in central Madeira Beach with plenty of restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Balcony!!!!

Although there’s room for improvement with the cleaning crew, our stay was wonderful. The patio is AMAZING!! It’s shaded until about 1:00 PM, so we spent every morning our there, eating breakfast and playing cards. Getting ready to book again for next year.

Wonderful extra large balcony with direct ocean view. Very comfortable condo with everything you need even if your flying in. Just bring clothes and get food when you get there. The condo is well equipped and in a great position on the beach with a pool. It has everything you’d want to have a self catering holiday. The outside patio is the best feature and allows you eat al fresco and enjoy the sunsets. A great place to stay

It was amazing place to stay.

We were thrilled on our how comfortable the condo was. It had everything we needed to cook our meals and relax at the beach. We saw dolphins playing every day from the amazing balcony and sunset that were breathe takings. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for two weeks.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Sands 306. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We didn’t rent a car and loved that we had so many options within walking distance. Winn Dixie grocery store and liquor store was a block away. Great restaurant and bar choices right across the street. Spent a lot of time on the amazing deck with beautiful views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. I couldn’t have been happier with the condo and location.

Madeira Beach condo

Property location was right on beach. The large patio was the best part of the condo. Spent most of our day enjoying the view from the patio. Some of the inside furniture could use some refreshing. A few maintenance issues upon arrival were quickly resolved by iTrip rental company. Enjoyed the various seafood restaurants in walking distance from condo.

Wonderful location, Amazing view!

We truly enjoyed ourselves. The balcony at this property is the best we could ask for. Nice and large perfect for entertaining an spectacular sunsets. Convenient to several restaurants
