One of the best condos we have ever stayed in. The view of the ocean each day is worth every penny. A beautiful condo that is always clean, and ready to move in for the week. We plan on being back again next year!

The property is pretty well maintained. It has a breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and both bedrooms. Condo was clean and organized. They had everything we needed for the beach including multiple floatation devices, beach chairs and beach towels. They had some nice puzzles that we enjoyed during our stay as well. Location is well secured and other than a little construction noise from neighboring buildings,it is quiet and serene.

Best Vacation Ever!!

The location was very good. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The view and the beach are amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning. The pool was small but nice. It was very nice to have restrooms at the pool so you could come from the beach and not have to go all the way upstairs. The building is still being put back together after the last hurricane. The elevator went out of service once. The condo had most everything you need including beach toys, chair's, umbrella, cooler and more. The bathrooms and kitchen have had some updates. The bed was way too hard for me and that is probably the only reason I would not choose this condo again.

Love waking up drinking my coffee on The balcony watching dolphins swim by. To finish the day with a cocktail and watching the sunset is a perfect end to the day.

Breathtaking views from every window!

Very clean,well equipped quite spacious condo. Beautiful views from all rooms.. Loved the location could walk to shopping many restaurants. Would have been nice to have an outdoor grill although pool area was nice and beach splendid! I will go back again if available.

Great Location

Had everything we needed. Plenty of beach supplies. Well stocked kitchen, except maybe some measuring cups/spoons would of been helpful. Used the toaster oven a lot! Great views and AC worked well. Everything went smoothly.

Beautiful beachfront location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was wonderful! You cannot get closer to the water and it was so nice that the bedrooms and the living room were oceanfront. When you open both sides of the sliding doorwall in the living room, it felt like you were literally letting the outside in. So wonderful! Thanks for the stay! We will be back next year.

Perfect Gulf View!

This property fulfilled our expectations. The water was about 150 ft from our building. The balcony was a perfect place to watch the sunsets and listen to the water. We wanted a kickback, relaxing condo to "just be." This condo was perfect for dolphin watching, beach walking, sunsets, and enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

A Wonderful Vacation at Madeira Beach!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vaction at Madeira Beach in this condo. It was just as promised - very clean and well appointed. Being right on the beach was amazing and the views of the Gulf were stunning - lots of dolphins sightings! The location is perfect - very close to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. A barbeque would be a welcome addition but otherwise it was perfect! Thanks Sam for a terrific holiday!

Love this place

We love this condo. Very well maintained and decorated. When we walk in the door its always clean. You cant beat the view of the Gulf. We love to set on the balcony,so relaxing. The beach is fantastic & very well maintained. It is cleaned every morning. You can tell the owner takes pride in this place. We are coming back for sure.

Everything about the condo was great. Condo is very roomy and open. Plenty of linens and towels. Sam is a pleasure to work with. He answers emails right away. We never had any problems with the condo.

Plenty of space. Kitchen we wish we had at home. Interior doors in need of repair. Shower needs grab rails. Couch uncomfortable but most sleepers are. Beach clean and close. Pool warm.All in all a good time. Would rent again.

Perfect Madeira Beach Vacation Spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Madeira Beach condo. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The view off the patio was picture perfect! The condo itself was very clean and roomy with all of the comforts of home. The location was great and we loved walking the beach morning and night. There were also many activies nearby which we took advantage of including shopping at John's Pass, taking a fishing charter, horseback riding, parasailing, paddleboarding, and renting waverunners. It was truly a vacation filled with many memories and one we won't soon forget! Coming from the snow and cold of Wisconsin we couldn't have asked for anything more and sure didn't want to leave. We would love to come back in the future and would definitely recommend your condo to our family and friends. Thank you again!

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. This is the second year we stayed at The Trillium and we enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is clean and the beds are comfortable. The Trillium is close to all your needs, even within walking distance to John's Pass. This condo has everything that you need including beach chairs. We wish there were more bath towels but you can wash what you have since there is a washer and dryer in the unit. It would also be nice to have a grill on-site. It could be a community grill since I understand the safety issues of having one in the unit. I highly recommend saying here. Wish the price was a little less but I guess you get what you pay for.

A trillium view and location

Impressive views and location. Well equipped kitchen and nice living room. There were two interruptions - one for an annual A/C maintenance call and the other for an exterminator service. For this one, a man with many keys in his hand knocked at the door and said the exterminator woman would be there in one minute. This never happened. Later the man said she would be back the following day. Don't know if she ever did. It was too bad, on the last day we had visitors crawling on the floor. Also, the shower in one of the bathrooms, although functional, needs attention.

Best place we've stayed in Florida! Can't wait to go back!

The Trillium Condo was superb and the entire experience with setting up the rental through Sam was easier than ever. The condo itself is in a great location, very clean and quiet. Many great restaurants near by and a coffee/ice cream shop across the street. There aren't many tenants in the building so we rarely saw people in the building or even at the pool. The beach area in front of the building was very close and not crowded at all, especially compared to the public access up the street. The condo even has chairs and kids toys for use on the beach. I'm having a hard time coming up with anything negative about the condo or the experience but if I was forced to come up with something I'd say the thermostat for the a/c only went down to 70 degrees. That's quite a bit warmer than our sleeping temp up north, but we adjusted. I can honestly say this is the first of several places we've stayed in Florida where we didn't want to leave the condo. We're typically pretty active on vacation but the atmosphere, furnishings, and views made us not want to leave. We highly recommend a grocery delivery service to avoid the hassle of a grocery store when you arrive. We used Gulf Coast Shoppers for delivery. Enjoy!!

Gorgeous views of the gulf - loved that all rooms had that oceanfront view and balconies! Conveniently located so that we were able to walk to several restaurants. The condo is spacious, updated, and was well stocked with all that we needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear (floats, chairs, umbrellas, etc) and even some puzzles and games. Nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Will be back when we return to the area!
