Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Sands. Our condo was beautiful and gave us everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. We loved the oceanfront view and easy access to beach. Pool was great too! The only issue we had was trying to share 2 pool fobs among 6 people. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacations.

We will be back: Absolutely Amazing Views in perfect location

I cannot stress enough how amazing our time at this home was for our 2+ week stay. it was so perfect that I would hate to stay anywhere else for fear of being disappointed. The owners have thought of everything and the furnishings are elegant. The complex is kept very clean and the pool is kept clean.Security is better than usual as well. The views, they will take your breathe away.

Home away from home

We stayed at this location while our home was being renovated for three weeks. It was a great location, beautiful views, and clean community. They have all the convinces of home, and items needed for the beach. No real complaints, but the elevators. Out of two one was broken down for 2 weeks. The other elevator broke down too and had us walking up 11 flights of steps. Either way, great stay!!

beautiful condo

It was a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. My only complaint is the ice maker did not work in the freezer. Being someone that goes down to the beach every day with a cooler it was a inconvenience. A couple of times the building management or whoever it was would bring us a couple of bags of ice but beyond that we always were going across the street to 7-Eleven for ice.

Great Location, Nice Remodel

We really loved the unit and location. Walks on the beach, beach equipment, convenience of a grocery store and a few restaurants. Just a couple of minor irritants e.g., the entry code did not work, electricity went out for a short time, vagrant in the parking garage. Overall, we had a great time.

A great location with easy access everywhere you would want to go. The beach and pool were great. Very easy rental processes. The free admissions to local attractions from the rental management company was a nice addition.

Perfect!

No surprises when we arrived. Pictures were completely accurate. The huge balcony and amazing sunsets were a highlight. Location is great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Frabotta’s Italian Kitchen across the street has delicious pizzas! Beautiful beach to walk. The building is quiet and people are friendly. We would definitely recommend this condo. We did miss not having a fitness centre and gas grills. ITrip was great to work with and we would use them again.

Very Nice Condo

We have stayed in several condos in the Ocean Sands #2 Tower and this was our favorite! Everything is updated and the balcony is great. Great view, nice furniture, and the ceiling fan on the balcony is a great addition. You can tell that the owners of this condo want you to like it. They have a folder with their favorite places to eat and tkings to do. Also, this was the cleanest rental that I have ever been in. It was spotless when we arrived! I think iTrip must be usining a different cleaning company. Not that the condos in the past were dirty, but this one took clean to the next level. We also had towels folded like animals on all of our beds. This was a great stay for my family and we hope to be back to this condo.

A Must Stay

We elected to stay at this beach condo for two weeks. Our unit was clean, quiet, comfortable and well supplied (beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler). Communication before and during with iTrip was fantastic. The condominium is centrally located if you want to visit the surrounding towns (John’s Pass, Treasure Island, Clearwater) for shopping and dining. It is located in a quiet area and the ability to walk the beach a great distance is ideal for a morning walk or run. The beaches are very clean and the sheriff patrolled frequently to keep it safe. The views from the lanai and from anywhere inside were spectacular (dolphins daily) and the furniture was extremely comfortable. The unit has been updated and is well maintained. We had one issue with the coffeemaker and the issue was immediately addressed. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely wonderful!

This was a wonderful condo and we will be back! The pictures were as described and it was gorgeous!! The condo was very clean and had great amenities. Parking was easy, beach was gorgeous, pool was well kept. The balcony was exceptionally, and very large. The location was fabulous, and we loved it because it was more local than touristy. The hot tourist spots were literally 5-10 mins away and Clearwater was just 30 mins. We loved this because we were away from the crazy hustle and bustle of those locations, but so close that we could go and do all of it easily and when had enough we could go back to beautiful Madeira beach. We are already looking when we can get back, it was amazing!

Last Minute Change

We had originally booked a condo in Treasure Island but arrived to a disappointing View of a closed beach under construction. The nice people of itrip relocated us to Ocean Sands off Madeira Beach. We more than happy with this unit. The view was beautiful from the private balcony and the unit had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. My daughter loved the heated pool and the friendliness of the other guests and residents. We will definitely be looking into staying at Ocean Sands again next time around.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Our Condo #1103 in Bldg#2 was great. We enjoyed our stay. We were not pleased with the Building maintenance (elevators and swimming pool), but that is not your responsibility. We are telling all of our friends about iTrip and how easy and pleasant it was to deal with you. We are planning on coming back next year about the same time to Ocean Sands #1103.
