The view was perfect and we had everything we needed to prepare a meal when it comes to utensils and cookware. The beds were an issue for us because they were a bit hard but we know some people like that. The property was very clean and well maintained. They had beach chairs available and it even came with the chair rentals on the beach that came with an umbrella which was needed. That was a huge plus! It was easy to get into the condo and easy to move about. Parking was tight but other than that it was great! Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The only complaint that I have is the elevator, the door didnt open on the 1st floor, you had to pry it open with your hands. I would stay here again.

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms a lot. Love the corner unit and it seemed very clean when we arrived. Such a smooth check in process and communication was great. The area was nice and peaceful. The only thing to say is that eventhough the floors were vacuumed well, not sure if they were mopped. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot in the condo. Bed was comfy and we really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from everywhere in the condo. Would recommend it for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Very good stay, right on the beach, good balcony and nice inside.However, the bed in the spare room seriously needs to be replaced, very noisy with springs every time you move.First night had a cleaning issue, but the response was great next day sending cleaning and maintenance teams early to solve it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay when visiting Fort Walton. Great location, not near as crowded as it is when you get closer to the bridge. Nice, clean, and updated condo. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again! Brooks and Shorey were great to work with! Loved that we got to talk to a person right away. Enjoyed the free activities that come through booking with them. Would def recommend them.
