We were very satisfied with our stay here. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There are plenty of amenities and lots of extra electrical plug ins which also added to convenience. That’s a definite plus for me. Easy beach and pool access with outside bathrooms close to both. Would definitely stay here again anytime! Highly recommend!

Great Place

This was a really great place to stay, it was very clean. In a really great location, the property managers were really amazing and reached out to let us know about everything we needed. My kids had a great time, and loved how close the walk to the beach was. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The condo was nice...could use some updating...and tile floors could use a cleaning...other than that...was very relaxing and LOVED being right on the beach...Also put balcony to good use. Will be back for sure.

Nice place

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.

Reviewer Comments: We were a bit disappointed with the check-in procedures- we were not aware of the possibility of not being able to get into our condo at the 4pm check in time. We did however enjoy our stay in 4003. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the emerald waters (a beautiful view from the condo's living room)

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online questionnaire, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay! Saturday is our busiest check in day and Spring Break was a complete sell out with all condos booked! Our housekeeping department work extremely hard and aim get everyone in their condos on or before the check in time of 4 pm. We do hope to welcome you back again very soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a return visit to this very good one bedroom condo on the beach. Great views from the balcony. Enjoyed the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs. Also enjoyed one complimentary sunset cruise. Only issue was the WIFI and cable went in and out several times on our first few days. Brooks & Shorey were responsive if we needed them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location was fantastic. However, the mattress needs to be replaced in the bedroom, the bathroom could use a paint job or a serious cleaning of the walls above and around the shower and the furniture in the living room and dining room are showing some wear. One of the chairs at the table has a leg that is unstable.

Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental experience was really smooth,I booked the place online on a Sunday afternoon and the following Monday morning I heard from the friendly staff, the customer service was always great. I absolutely loved the condo ,also loved the fact that the actuall resort wasn't so big so it felt like we had our own private beach , when most of the resorts were huge and were full of people. The condo is really cute , great location and just enough space for us. Will defenely book this place again .
