Located near the Delaware Water Gap and minutes from historic Milford PA, our charming house features two upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy.
On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy third bedroom for additional accommodation options. A second full bathroom is also located downstairs. Our kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Our house boasts an extensive and large yard, enveloped by majestic tall trees. Embrace the outdoor beauty as you gather around the fire pit, creating memorable moments with loved ones. Enjoy al fresco dining with seating for up to eight people, perfect for savoring delicious meals amidst nature's backdrop. For grilling enthusiasts, a Weber grill awaits, ready to cater to your grilling needs.

My heart leans towards everything mid-century, yet I was receptive to exploring diverse architectural styles. I had a viewing scheduled for a different property in New York. The structure of that house wasn't initially on my radar, but something just clicked – the openness and flow of it spoke to me. This unexpected turn of events led me to appreciate the inherent charm of its layout, cultivating an atmosphere that's both intimately warm and undeniably cozy.

The outdoor lounge space is generously laid out, inviting relaxation and contemplation. The furniture ensemble showcases a blend of original mid-century pieces intertwined with contemporary additions, all elegantly laid out in an atmosphere of casual comfort. It's like a chill haven where you naturally feel like kicking back, with an atmosphere that's all about lounging indoors or enjoying the outdoors to the max. And let's not forget its prime attribute – the remarkable proximity and accessibility it offers from the the city.
