Note: For your convenience, our on-site housekeeper lives in the basement apartment. They have a separate entrance and no shared living spaces, ensuring you have total privacy throughout your stay.
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.

3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.

5. Standard check-out is by 11 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout, and it is $35/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.

7. Standard check-in is after 4 pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $50 /hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.

8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within the first hour of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

10. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.

11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
