Dieses schöne Haus am Wasser liegt in Bushkill, Pennsylvania, in der Gemeinde Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) und in der NĂ€he aller wichtigen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Das Haus wurde im Juni 2013 komplett renoviert, einschließlich neuer Betten, GerĂ€te, Parkett, Farbe, Kamin, Möbel und es ist elegant schwarz lackiert auf der Außenseite, sanft in die natĂŒrliche Einstellung verblassen.

Es liegt im Herzen des Delaware Recreational National Park und in der NĂ€he aller Attraktionen. Der private Gemeinschaftssee ist ungefĂ€hr 25 Morgen, sehr ruhig und nicht motorisiert. Es ist sorgfĂ€ltig von unserer Pension gepflegt und hat einen Sandstrand, Sand Volleyballplatz, PicknickplĂ€tze und vieles mehr innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Das Anwesen ist etwa 0. 6 Hektar und Sie können auch einen entspannenden Blick von unserem Dock genießen, Schwimmen im Pool (im Community Center und professionell gewartet) schwimmen im See, Fisch oder nur zu hören, die GerĂ€usche der Natur.

Our stay at Lakeberry was exceptional. The home was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Communication with Jose and Jennifer exceeded expectations — they are attentive and gracious hosts. The surrounding area is stunning, with deer frequently in the area and passing through the property. We especially enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and cozy fireplace. With Bushkill Falls only five minutes away, this location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The beautiful Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is also right in the area. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time! Loved the close proximity to the lake and of course the hot tub was a huge hit. If I were to state a negative I would be the overall square footage is less then anticipated. The TV viewing area really only accommodates 5 people comfortably. The pictures on line were very deceiving.

Wonderful wooded get away

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. Despite inclement weather the first day we still had a great time. the kids enjoyed the game console and we absolutely loved the upper deck screened porch to also play some games we brought from home. The second day we took the boats out and caught lots of fish on the water! It’s a quiet lake which was the perfect size for my kids to navigate on their own. The last day we really enjoyed the fire pit and making s’mores! We had a lovely stay and the kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all meals. The hot tub was a nice bonus for the cooler days (although the tub’s temperature wasn’t hot hot) it was a lot of fun. We highly recommended this property!

Beautiful house clean and cozy! Great hot tub, Enjoyed canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautiful, and the hot tub was great. The wildlife was our favorite part about the trip. We also enjoyed the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat. The only thing we wished to of been better would’ve been the area near the dock was full of seaweed. Recommend having good water shoes for getting in and out of the canoe, kayaks, or paddle boat. Our son was wearing flip-flops and ended up getting a large slice on his foot. But other than that, we loved it here! The house was very clean and cozy!

Our family had an amazing stay at Lakeberry!! It was so refreshing to be in this beautiful home tucked away in the mountains with a lake view. The kids loved the sweet family of deer that visited daily. We enjoyed peddle boating, canoeing, fishing and hiking, then relaxing in the hot tub and screened in porch in the evenings. Jose and Jennifer were lovely and made sure we had everything ahead of our stay. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was a perfect spot for our family getaway (4 adults and 4 kids). Highly recommend!!

Great getaway

This place is awesome! Everything you need with family, kid friendly. The rafters from the A-frame house is unique. Kitchen has all gadgets you need to prepare your meals. The host has done wonderful to pay attention to the small details, such as plugs for chargers, makeup removal towels. Upper railing might need to be slightly higher to bring up to code, but love the upper enclosure. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We have stayed in many places and this was one of the best beds I have slept in. Hot tubs was nice, and the deer were plentiful .One morning from upper deck I saw a black bear walking by-so cool. The house is beautiful! Ok the property
 couple complaints, one-the pitch of the property its tough, no distinct walking path to the lake, but I am 61 with not so good knees. The water dock, I never got to due to pitch of embankment. Had it been better, I would have used it. My son and his children used the paddle boat and canoe, but mentioned that next doors was so much nicer! Which host owns as well. Cleaner and not so grown up with yuk around it. I would recommend and would stay again!

You will have 100% access to this private lakefront home, parking and backyard with a view of the water from your very own deck. You can enjoy kayaking or fishing on it's 0.6 acres while you're there!

The property has everything you need for a great stay. You will have access to the community center as well which has a Gym, Tennis, Basketball Courts, library, bar, etc with our private guest tags. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR heated Pool access.

This beautiful waterfront lake house is located in Bushkill, PA within the Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) community and near all major attractions, including Shawnee (20 mins) and Camelback (40 mins) in the Winter, water parks like Aquatopia and Kalahari and much more. It's about 5 miles from the Delaware River and Bushkill Falls.

Our family has enjoyed many summers at this home with our kids and it’s an ideal all-year getaway spot.
