STUDIO steps from the beach, newly remodeled, resort-like, upgraded in July 2023

This Point Loma La Playa condo has a fantastic location just steps from the ocean, across the street from the San Diego Yacht Club. It's just a quick 3-mile drive to the airport and 1.5 miles to the Liberty Station, where you will enjoy a dine-in movie theatre, Trader Joe's, plenty of restaurants, art galleries, live music, and entertainment. Shelter Island is within walking distance. A coastal hiking trail is a half-block away, where you can walk or run, observe wildlife and boats, and enjoy gorgeous weather almost year-round.

This property was fully remodeled and upgraded in July 2023. It was initially meant to be used by a family member, so everything has been purchased for comfort, durability, and aesthetics. A professional designer has made thought-out space design, layout, and furniture selections. Our goal was to create a resort-like living where one has everything they need. We live 7 miles away and are always available for additional requests and emergencies.

All utilities are included in the rent, including WiFi, Internet, and several streaming services. We can let you use our portable AC unit for free, but you'd have to pay the electric bill during those months. We can discuss the arrangement on a month-to-month basis.

The Queen bed has high-end linens and a memory foam mattress topper for more comfort. It also has 4 drawers for extra storage.

The kitchen is perfect for entertaining or cooking. The exhaust fan above the full-size stove is commercial grade leaving the air in your condo clean and fresh even after elaborate cooking experiences. The refrigerator is new, clean, and very quiet. There is so much storage space! It's effortless to keep the condo clutter-free and clean. A full-size kitchen allows cooking any labor-intensive meal, or you can just microwave leftovers - appliances and utensils are all included for worry-free living.

The bathroom has a large shower with an adjustable showerhead. The water heats up super fast and has great pressure. The bathroom has an automatic motion-activated light switch that kicks the exhaust fan on. Everything is brand new.

The closet has been organized with drawers and hanging shelves and organizers that can be moved around or removed, depending on your personal needs. It is highly customizable and easy to change things up.

Entrance shelving and hooks are not only stylish but also highly convenient.

The laundry room is just a step away from the condo, on the same floor, just three doors down. It's only $1.60 per load. The trash shoot is on the same floor as well. The elevator is just one door down and takes you almost straight to your parking spot.

On-site, we have kayak storage, surfboard storage, bike storage, and an additional storage locker that can be rented. The fire table by the swimming pool is one of our favorite places to hang out in the evenings. There is a great gym on-site. There is also a pool table in the Rec Room, and that area can be reserved for private events at no charge. A good-sized conference room has a library and a large conference table with eight chairs. It can be used for meetings or conference calls.

This condo is on the second floor with a street view and sunrise view. It has comfy lounging furniture on the balcony where you can sip coffee, dine or work on your laptop. It's a quiet, tranquil street. The condo feels like a nice resort hotel room. You can lazily watch TV in bed or enjoy a nice formal meal at your dining table. This is a perfect place for a worry-free life in the heart of San Diego, right by the water.
