Nice Efficient 1-bedroom - walkable to both Mission Bay and Crystal Pier boardwalk walkways.

Owner did a nice job making a very comfortable freshly redone apartment. Off-street parking for 1 car is a bonus!

Great location and perfect for a getaway

This is a cute little place walking distance from any and everything you could need including beach would even pay a bit more for bicycle to be available would have been nice. Overall was perfect for what I needed.

Great little place to stay

Small and simple, clean and comfortable, it had the essentials we needed. It is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Aaron was very accommodating and quick to respond. This little place was perfect for our visit to San Diego.

Cozy and comfortable stay!

This vrbo is perfect for an easy going group of 2. Great location, you can get almost everything you need within 3 blocks and the parking is a plus! It was super clean and felt very relaxing to come back to. Host was great and communicative. Would definitely stay again :)

Fun for a short girls trip

My friends and I stayed for a couple days, the location is amazing and we walked to the beach each day hitting restaurants and shops on the way. It was just enough room for 3, the second bed provided is an air mattress which was fine for us.

We had an amazing time in this cozy clean spot, great atmosphere with great food and bars all within walking distance and a 10-15 minute walk to PB. So enjoyable

This was our first venture with a short-time rental, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. It has a great location in Mission Bay, close to everything we wanted to go to. A grocery store is one block away. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was refreshing. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would go to this property again.

A relaxing week away

We had a great time staying at this property. It had everything we needed to stay comfortable. We were an easy 10-15 minute walk from the beach and had no shortage of exciting activities within walking distance. Having a spot to park the rental car was very convenient to not have to mess with parking. The location felt very central as well as most everything we wanted to drive to was only about 15 minutes away. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to visit.

Wifi intermittentTerribly hard to find GPS sent me to the tarot place, sign in the back was small and hidden by the truck in #3 parking spot. Only after I walked around did I find the entrance from the alley. Neighbors were loud until after 10 and were constantly playing shouting and banging outside my door and near my rental car. Very dusty under the table and bed. Sheets and towels were very nice.

As for the location and directions, we have updated our guest portal to be clearer. Wifi just needed to be reset to solve the latency issues. Great price, Great location.

Our stay here went smooth from check in through check out. We were in town for a soccer tournament and staying here was cheaper than any hotel room in the area and much closer to the beach. While only a 15 minute walk to Pacific Beach itself, there are numerous restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk, making this location very convenient. Inside is very spacious and the pull out sofa/bed was surprisingly comfortable for my 13yr old daughter to sleep on.

Amazing place & location

We took a quick weekend trip & decided to stay at this place. The communication with the owner was amazing! He was quick to reply and easy to reach. The location cannot be beat! A quick .5 mile straight shot to the beach with tons of restaurants & shops all around. It was wonderful to have a parking spot as well although we pretty much walked everywhere. The apartment was perfect! It was updated & super clean & comfortable. The bed was great and the shower was awesome! They provide all the little extras that are so nice to have so all you need to bring is your clothes! We would absolutely stay here again!

SMALL, BUT PERFECTLY-LOCATED

This is a small, inexpensive (by San Diego standards), minimalist unit in the heart of Pacific Beach, utile, but by no means lavishly-appointed. It was perfect for my husband and me, though, as he loved logging 10+ miles a day walking along beach boardwalk. We also spent a lot of time visiting daughter at Univ of San Diego (gorgeous school), at SD Taproom across street (wonderful selection of breads and stone-fired pizza was awesome), San Diego Botanic Gardens (beautiful) and Encinitas Street Fair (fun!). San Diego is not for spending time inside anyway. This unit is perfect for couples hoping to spend a lot of time outside enjoying sights and sounds of San Diego.
