The summers and fall here are spectacular and the weather is pretty near perfect; 70-80's during the day and 40-50's at night. A/C is rarely needed during summer months here in the mountains; it cools down so much at night that opening a window chills the air to low-high 60's.

Streets and sidewalks are plowed in the winter, driveway and back porch is your responsibility to shovel; shovels are provided.

Nearest golf, swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts are only a short 3 minute drive. Recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, climbing gym and such is a 5 minute drive.

On site for guests to use are 2 pickle ball paddles, 2 adult PFDs and a ski rack.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property will include a Property Protection Damage fee of $89. The Damage Protection covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Protection fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit and must be purchased.
