Great trip, love the location perfect for our trips skiing and easy drive to Vail, Breckenridge, BeaverCreek, and Glenwood! 2nd time staying here and both times we had everything we needed.

Clean, spacious & great!!

We came in town for a golf tournament. The host was super friendly and easy to work with. The house was well-stocked with great coffee, spices, snacks & all that you will need. Peaceful setting in the mountains. Bonus room was huge and definitely an added bonus! Washer & dryer room was such a nice treat. There were a ton of towels, sheets and blankets. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, well situated between ski and hot spring. This house is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The snack bowls are welcome surprise. We could not have been anymore pleased with our stay. The property was the cleanest and most organized place we have ever stayed. There was everything one would need when being away from home. Wendy put such thought and care in her property and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She left lovely touches such as a treat bowl, k-cups and games for our little ones. Excellent accommodations, location, and host! The unit was extremely clean and equipped with everything we need. Wendy was host extraordinaire! She answered questions quickly, helped locate parking at a nearby school for our trailer, and was fun to meet. The view from the windows was great as well. We would stay again with pleasure.

Exceptional stay in Gypsum, CO

This property is exceptional, you will not regret booking here! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful backyard. It is a basement walkout, but you would not know that once you enter, the high ceilings draw you into a wonderfully decorated space. The host family made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay first-class! It was an excellent choice for our get-together and location could not have been better! Thanks Wendy!

Home Away From Home

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay and what our family needed. Each room is well supplied with anything you may need for your stay. The beds were all very comfortable, we all slept fantastic, which says a lot since we have 3 young kids! Anything and everything you could possibly need for your time away, is supplied. Even on weather days indoors, our kids had plenty to do and lots of room to play. Perfect location in Gypsum for what all we were doing & with nearby walking paths to take our kids on. Wendy is by far the most hospitable host we have ever had & we hope for more stays with her, in the future!

Glenwood springs vacation

This property was amazing. They really make it feel like it is an extension to your own house. The kitchen had all you need to cook, condiments, storage bags even with small snacks. Provided towels. The furniture and decorations were top notch and very cozy. The check in and out process was very easy and has very clear instructions. Only thing, nothing to do with property but my phone provider had no service but they have free wifi. I would highly recommend this place as well as stay there again if possible.

Perfect accommodations,.

Brought my dad (86y/o) to a wedding. Everything about this place was perfect. Very spacious yet cozy. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, including thoughtful snacks to meet anyone’s dietary needs. Lovely patio to sit out and enjoy sun or shade, whichever you desire. Location is a quiet community with easy access to all main roads. Grocery store nearby. Not far to travel to an array of hikes. Yes, at 86 he still hikes and we found perfect trails under 30 minutes. Even though we had no issues or need to contact her, the owner sent message to say hi, asked if we needed anything. The 2 bedrooms were on opposite ends which allowed for a little more quiet. The one bedroom had access to the bathroom from the bedroom which was great for my dad.
