Outdoor enthusiasts will find the area a paradise for hiking and mountain biking, with trailheads readily accessible from your backyard and a private snowshoe and trail running through the yard. Extra snowshoes are available for guests. For golfing enthusiasts, nearby courses provide ample opportunities to tee off.

Please note that outdoor stairs are required to access the unit, which is located on the side of the home. The owners reside in the upstairs portion, completely separate from the downstairs rental and are non-obtrusive, ensuring a private guest experience. While guests are in the unit, the owners provide exclusive use of the backyard, including the firepit. The apartment has heat and an electric fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and A/C for warmer summer months.
