Welcome to our beautiful home, Summerland, in the Schooner Ridge neighborhood of Duck, NC; a stunning coastal oasis that offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxed beach living. Our spacious and well-appointed home is the perfect choice for families and groups who are looking to enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer.

The home features five beautifully decorated bedrooms, providing comfort for all guests. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure on the beach or exploring the town of Duck. Roku TVs are featured in every room of the house.

The ground floor of the property provides great outdoor spaces and includes a charcoal grill, a picnic table, a basketball goal, a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower. Fire up the grill for a barbecue, or challenge someone to a game of basketball. A refreshing outdoor shower awaits after a day in the sand, and the expansive driveway provides ample parking and space for games. Inside, a game room hosts a mini pool table, a beverage fridge, a tv, comfortable seating, and an array of family board games.

The second floor features 4 bedrooms (2 Queen bedrooms, a room with 2 twins, and a bunk room which has a full-sized bottom bunk, a twin-sized top bunk, and a twin-sized pull-out trundle). This floor also features 2 full bathrooms. The two Queen bedrooms offer a private escape, each featuring direct access to a shaded deck with comfortable seating and a swaying hammock – perfect for unwinding with ocean breezes.

Upstairs, you will be greeted by a bright and airy living room that features plenty of seating. The open-concept design allows for seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; making it easy to entertain and spend quality time with your loved ones. This floor also features a Queen bedroom and another full bathroom. Step onto the screened-in porch for a peaceful morning coffee or venture onto the expansive wrap-around deck to soak in the sun or end the day with a peaceful view of the stars.

Guests of Summerland will enjoy access to the community rec center with a gym, game room, tennis courts, playground, indoor heated pool and 2 outdoor pools (one is just steps from the ocean). The oceanfront pool also includes an ocean overlook and gazebo.

Our home is conveniently located just a short walk from the beautiful beaches of Duck, via the private neighborhood beach access, where you can spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the refreshing waters, and building sandcastles with your loved ones.
