Access is hassle-free with our Smart Lock system. You'll receive a unique code to unlock the door by the day of your check-in, which will expire at 10:00 am on the day of your check-out.

The home is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other things to note

✓ Short 7 Minute Walk To The Beach

✓ Golf Cart Available for Rent ($200 per week or $35 per day for approved rentals 4 days or less) – Our Golf Cart is not an LSV and cannot leave the neighborhood.

Separate contract will be sent upon request
If an LSV cart is desired their are several local rental companies (OBX Beach Buggies, Ocean Atlantic Rentals, Zoom Around, and others)

*** Duck is LSV (street legal) and golf cart friendly. LSVs may be driven throughout the village of Duck, including on Route 12, in all areas where the speed limit is 35 mph or less. Golf carts may be driven in the neighborhoods and side roads throughout Duck, but may not be driven on Route 12 outside of Duck Village. Golf carts may not go across Route 12 outside of Duck Village. The Sanderling community does not allow golf carts or LSVs.

★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited cancellation.



★ NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE ★

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.



★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★

For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals for high school or college parties.
