As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, furnished with coastal decor and lots of natural light. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an ideal space for entertaining friends and family. Relax on comfortable sofas or gather around the dining table for a delicious home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms offer cozy accommodations for guests, along with convenient access to well-appointed bathrooms. Outside, the fun continues with a spacious deck perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the hot tub. Rinse off the salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or simply unwind in the cool ocean breeze.

Beach Access: Easy access without having to cross the main road! Turn out of the driveway and head east on Thirteenth Avenue. Beach access is at the end of the street. House is only a 2-minute walk to the beach access.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
