The first level features an open floor plan with an abundance of space for entertaining family and friends. The living room offers comfortable seating with a Roku streaming TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker and more, so you can easily prepare meals. The laundry room provides added storage with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen peninsula, dining room or under the shade of the back patio dining area. The patio features a propane grill and offers a view of the lagoon and golf course.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first level away from the living room for added privacy. It features a king-sized bed, patio access and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a walk-in shower and connects to the hallway for guest use. 2 bedrooms are located on the second level, each with an ensuite and private balcony. Bedroom 2 features 2 full-sized beds and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom offers the best view of the lagoon and golf course! Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This balcony offers a view of the luscious greenery that the Shipmaster community has to offer.

Shipmaster has private tennis courts and a community pool that is open April – October (weather permitting). The villa is located almost at the end of the street which offers added privacy and quieter traffic while still being close to everything in the community. You can easily get to the Shipyard Beach Club & Van Der Meer Tennis (0.4 miles) by walking or biking, the path is just a few villas down. Location is everything and this villa offers a little bit of everything!
