This lovely single level Palmetto Dunes home has undergone some recent updates in summer 2024!

Upon entry you are immediately drawn outside to the wrap around lagoon views! The large living room has plenty of seating for the whole family with two full size sofas and a couple of reading chair. Double French doors lead you directly outside to the pool area. The dining room also has full lagoon views over the pool and is open to the living room. The updated kitchen has a working island, updated appliances, Keurig, and a large skylight bringing in lots of natural sunlight. A cozy screened in porch can be accessed off the breakfast nook. This is the perfect little spot for your morning coffee or watching the kids in the pool.

The first of the three bedrooms is just off the kitchen. In this room you will find a king bed, tv, sliding door access to the screened in porch and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the home in their own wing. The second bedroom has a king bed, tv, French doors to the pool area, and a private bathroom with large tub and walk in shower. The third bedroom has two double beds, TV, and will share access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower.

The backyard is a true shining star. This is where you will spend most of your evenings grilling, chatting and swimming in the pool! Overlooking a lovely pond with a water feature as the backdrop. The gorgeous Palmetto Dunes beaches are a quick bike ride down the road! This is a home you will come back to year after year!
