Adorable 2 bed/ 2 bath 1400 square foot home located in Sarasota, FL. This property is located west of US 41 and approximately 1 mile to the south bridge of Siesta Key with close access to beaches. You will love the proximity to Siesta Key without having to get stuck in traffic any time you go on or off the island! Enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood which is great for walking while having restaurants, shops, and attractions all at your fingertips. Walk down the street to the intercoastal where you can enjoy a sunset or fishing off the sea wall. There is a public park nearby (Phillippi Estate Park) as well within walking distance (enjoy a farmers market during season). Enjoy the enclosed patio area with private pool and outdoor seating. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $20 per day, please let host know prior to arrival if you would like this turned on as it does take a day to get to desired temps. Nature lovers will love the large tropical backyard filled with trees and chirping birds. Enjoy a small outdoor patio table under the string lights or cook s’mores under the stars in the outdoor fire pit. Beautiful original terrazzo floors through with open kitchen floor plan. 1 dog allowed with prior owner approval and paid pet fee. Dog must be over 1 year old and well mannered. Please keep off furniture and pick up after. The home's water supply is on a well and although we do have a filtration system/softener, we do not recommend drinking the water for taste reasons. The water is perfectly fine for cooking, bathing, washing dishes, brushing teeth, etc..but we suggest bringing spring water to drink. Enjoy 2 complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, & a cooler for a relaxing day at the beach! We have an electric pump so bring a raft too! * Please note there is a 25 foot RV parked off to the side in driveway (this is not in use during your stay or occupied, only parked there).
