The property is conveniently located just minutes away from white sand of the Siesta Key beach. Numerous popular restaurants and shopping destinations are across the street.
The house is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, artworks, linens and appliances. The property features a spacious living room, a dining room for six with direct access to the pool, and a convenient “coffee zone” in between. Two huge UHD TVs will entertain you on rainy days. 1 GBps wireless internet will help you to share your emotions with your loved ones, or complete your distance work for your boss.
Don’t feel like going to the beach? Not a problem, the Tropical like settings with hot spa and a gorgeous heated pool (extra fee for heating) with a play zone for kids will make your vacation unforgettable. All pool features are conveniently operated from a remote control.
Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three big comfy leather couches in the house. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area with a table for four and a large screened lanai with another dining table for six. Plenty of towels and all basic household supplies are provided. There is also a laundry in the garage for your convenience.
The property is completely fenced for your privacy with an automatic sliding gate for secure access.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property, especially for families.Pros: The location is excellent—close to Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, and a grocery store. The home is spacious, clean, and well stocked with beach towels and most supplies you may need. The kitchen is well equipped; we only needed to buy a few extras like paper towels and aluminum foil.The outdoor space was a highlight. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and very well heated—we spent a few hours every day enjoying them with our kids. The tropical landscaping is beautiful and clearly well maintained. The BBQ grill had all necessary supplies. Showers had great water pressure.The host was extremely responsive and kind—when the pack n play was broken, it was replaced immediately.Limitations (not cons): The outdoor tiles are clearly labeled as slippery, but families with toddlers should be extra cautious around the natural stone surfaces. As with any pool, constant supervision is needed. The home is not fully baby-proofed (outlets and decor), which is understandable but worth noting for families with young children. Additionally, the heat didn’t seem to work consistently, and a few nights were chilly.Overall, a beautiful, well-located home with excellent amenities and a responsive host.

GREAT VACATION AT SERGEY'S PLACE . PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN. HOT TUB GOOD AND HOT, AFTER ALLOWING TO GET HOT , POOL WAS COMFORTABLE AND WARM . SERGEY WAS EASY TO WORK WITH ABOUT ANY ISSUES. ONLY CRITICISM IS THE BEACH CHAIRS ARE VERY LOW RIDERS, MAYBE 5 INCHES OFF THE SAND , AND THIN TUBING. DID NOT USE FOR FEAR OF BENDING , BOUGHT SOME CHAIRS AT SAMS CLUB AND LEFT WITH FRIENDS WHO LIVE IN SARASOTA.

My family and I came to Florida for a couple of weeks to decompress and enjoy the beautiful Sunshine State. Upon entering the home, we immediately noticed how clean it was. The house feels very homey, and we enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the privacy, heated pool (give it a day to warm up), hot tub, all the outdoor seating areas, and the close proximity to everything.The only minor issues we noticed were noise in the master bedroom from the pool heater and likely the filter just outside the window, the window screens not closing fully (though it was lovely to have the windows open in the evenings), and one night when the neighbors across the street had a party with yelling and loud music until well past 2 a.m. (not the hosts’ fault).Overall, the neighborhood is quiet (other than that one time), in a great location, and the home offers lots of privacy and amenities.

Nice relaxing time in a beachy home with everything you will need. I really liked having extra fridge in garage to store cases of water. Pool and spa were perfect for night time dip This house is conveniently located near Detweiler Farm Market , very unique grocery store and cheap! 2025 Family Vacation

We explored the beaches of the gulf. Point of rocks was our favorite. I had the chance to go to the elephant sanctuary which was a very cool experience! It was so nice having a pool to play in during the day while the temps were in the 100s! Beach by evening. The house was a perfect fit for our large family.

Would NEVER stay here again. Be warned the place has several cameras, which are being regularly monitored by the property owners (not sure if they are recording as well). These cameras were not listed on the property details when we booked. There is one camera that faces the pool that made us (family of 4 with 2 younger kids) feel extremely uncomfortable so we pointed it towards the ground. Within a short period of time the owners remotely pointed it back to the pool area. Shortly thereafter I got a text from the owner cancelling our stay and threatening to call the cops if we weren’t out in less than 2 hours (again, family of 4 with lots of groceries). VRBO contacted the homeowner and advised us the homeowners were very uncooperative. We left that night and within hours they had the property re-listed on VRBO for occupancy starting immediately (showing that even though the homeowners acted the way they did we still left the place in great shape). There are several houses with pools in the area, no need to choose this one.

Property description was spot on. We had everything we needed…clean house and well stocked. Nice attached garage with washer/dryer and extra refrigerator. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Bonus privacy fence. Also, had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Quiet neighborhood and 2 miles from Siesta Key beach. Perfect location. Our host was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back.

Nothing short of spectacular!

This place is amazing! What an amazing location. You are close to everything and a short drive to Busch Gardens. The pool and spa hits the spot after a long day, or even if you just want to skip the beach and hang in for an afternoon. The kitchen is ready for any kind of cooking you want to do with all the pots and pans you need. The driveway gate adds a sense of security if you have young kids. Be sure to appreciate the mature landscaping in the backyard, as it will be a highlight as you are relaxing in the pool.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host, and property!

Sergey was an amazing, and very accommodating host. His place was perfect - very clean, everything was easy to figure out (like how to turn on the hot tub) we could eat inside or outside- in a comfy screened in dining area. There were even beach toys for the kids, a cooler and chairs we could easily borrow for a short ride to the beach. Sergey was quick to respond, and there were no issues. Highly recommend!!
