We’re sorry the pool and surrounding deck were closed during your visit. Unfortunately, the pool and deck are owned and maintained by the condominium association, so the closure was beyond our control. We certainly understand the disappointment and wanted to do what we could to make up for the inconvenience, which is why we were happy to provide a gift certificate to your favorite restaurant during your stay.
