Mein Platz ist mit Blick auf den Strand, tolle Aussicht, Restaurants und Restaurants, familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, in der Nähe der Innenstadt mit kostenlosen zwei Parkplätze. Sie werden meinen Platz wegen der Lage, der Menschen, der Atmosphäre und der Nachbarschaft lieben. Mein Platz ist ein toller Urlaubsort für Paare und Familien (mit Kindern). Ausgestattet mit Küche, Bettwäsche, Spiele, Bücher und DVDs. Lage der Wohnung macht es leicht, zum Strand zu laufen, ohne irgendwelche Straßen zu kreuzen. Der Poolbereich hat zwei kostenlose Grills für Ihre Grillabende.

Wundervolles Condo mit Traumblick auf den Atlantik

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Pelican Sea Glass-Condo. Der Blick morgens vom Balkon Richtung Ozean mit einem Kaffee in der Hand ist wunderschön und unbezahlbar. Das Condo ist neu renoviert und top ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Pools ebenso und der Strand ist das Highlight, wir hatten tolle Strandtage mit unserem kleinen Sohn. Der Vermieterkontakt war sehr herzlich und angenehm, wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Condo urlauben. We had a wonderful time at the Pelican Sea Glass Condo. The view in the morning from the balcony towards the ocean with a coffee in your hand is beautiful and priceless. The condo is newly renovated and well equipped, everything was available what you need. The grounds are beautiful, the pools as well and the beach is the highlight, we had great beach days with our little son. The landlord contact was very warm and pleasant, we would stay at this condo again at any time.

This was our second stay in this unit. We loved every single thing about it. So much so, that we extended our stay…not once, but twice. From the easy communication with the owner, Jan, to the beautiful decor and the amazing cleanliness of the unit. The pools and the view are beautiful and we had almost perfect weather. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back next year!

The Best!

We have been coming to the Pelican for decades, and this was one of the best units we have stayed in!The unit was fresh and clean when we walked in. Amazingly updated decor and comfortable furniture throughout. It was pre stocked with all the essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher and dish soap, paper plates and plastic cups, lots of organized Tupperware, kitchen supplies, etc. They also had a generously stocked closet of beach gear - chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon. Our family of 5 fit very comfortably. Also plenty of beach towels for the week as well.The views of the beach and pool are great, and it’s very easy access on the 3rd floor.We have already rebooked for next year and can’t wait to stay again!Thank you, Jan!!

NSB family time

Condo is perfectly laid out. View from the sliding doors is spectacular. Appreciate that bedrooms are tucked in the back and quiet. Condo is well stocked with everything you might need. Don’t miss Flagler for drinks, eats and shopping. Third Wave is a must for lunch. Condo Beach area is very quiet, only saw cars on Sat but close enough to walk to Chases to the right (recommend fish sliders and the Keylime Coolada drink yum!) or go a bit farther to the left to Breakers (recommend the fish n chips).

A Perfect Holiday!

Our week was just perfect! Joan was an excellent communicator, accommodating last minute requests and checking in to make sure our needs were met. So incredibly thoughtful! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at the Sea Glass was. The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs sand toys and a kitchen that had anything we could have needed.The decor was beautiful and we never got tired of the sun rise views. The complex was also in the perfect location for walks to some of the local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

The owners could not have been more responsive to what we needed. We had trouble with the tv remote at first, but Chad made a special trip in the rain to fix the problem. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The location of the unit is ideal with easy access to local restaurants, grocery, etc. Would love to stay again.

The Seaglass at The Pelican is a beautiful oceanfront property. It is updated and clean. The owner shows pride in the condo and went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY

Please let me tell you about Sea Glass in New Smyrna Beach. It was more than described in the listing; if there was a 10 or more, I would rate that. The condo is beautiful. Everything we needed was provided and let me tell you about the king size bed; heaven in a bed. The view is spectacular right from your condo and the pool is warm. I could have stayed there forever and been very happy. Unfortunately, I left some clothes there and the owner sent them back to me. Who does that!! AND, you are close to town. If one has an occasion to stay in NSB, please consider this condo. It is heaven in a building. Thank you Jan for allowing us to rent this condo and providing us with the best memories. Barb Salvia

Beautiful inside and out 💙

I can only say wonderful things about our stay. The condo was beautiful inside. Decorated beautifully, very homey and comfortable. Jan provided everything we needed and then some. She had everything organized, clean and easy to find. We had beautiful views of the ocean and the pools and the property was so well kept. Our week went much to quickly, but we had a wonderful, relaxing, much needed stay at our favorite beach. Jan was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back.

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

The vibe of the condo is coastal living with modern upgrades. New stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, and quartz countertops. Comfy pillow top for a comfortable night sleep. Space under guest bed for efficient storage of suitcases.

The wide view from the condo's balcony of the pool and beach was what hooked me into buying at the Pelican. I never get tired of that view and just sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night.
