Willkommen am New Smyrna Beach, Floridas freundlichster und malerischster Strandstadt. Moontide ist New Smyrna Beachs bester Urlaubswert. Unser Nichtraucher-Strandhaus befindet sich in der obersten (5.) Etage des prestigeträchtigen "A" -Gebäudes, das sich direkt am Strand befindet. Es verfügt über einen 30 Fuß breiten, völlig privaten Balkon mit freiem Blick auf das Meer gesamter Strand. Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ufermauer. Direkter kann man am Meer nicht sein. Es befindet sich am bevorzugten sicheren Strand ohne Zufahrt.

Unser 'Strandhaus' wurde im Herbst 2014 komplett renoviert. Alle neuen Fußböden, Küchenschränke, Küchen- und Waschküchengeräte, begehbaren Duschen, Esszimmer-, Wohn- und Schlafzimmermöbel, 55 '' smart 'HDTV-Geräte sind neu Küchenzubehör. Wirklich, alles ist brandneu.

Der Balkon bietet zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geräusche des Strandes zu genießen. Stellen Sie sich atemberaubende gemalte Sonnenaufgänge und mondhelle Abende vor, während Sie über die Erinnerungen des Tages nachdenken. Spaziergänge und Radtouren am Strand entlang, draußen unter dem Strandzelt sitzen, den Delfin am Ufer schwimmen sehen oder die Pelikane in der allgegenwärtigen Meeresbrise treiben.

Vom Balkon mit Panoramablick gelangen Sie sowohl in das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem schönen Kingsize-Bett als auch in ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit einem 55-Zoll-Smart-HD-Fernseher und Sitzgelegenheiten zum Betrachten des Strandes. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, ein bequemes 'Hide-a-Mat'-Doppelbett sowie einen 37'-HD-Fernseher. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Netflix auf allen Fernsehgeräten kostenlos zu streamen. Wir haben auch einen kostenlosen Amazon Fire Stick für erweiterte Anzeigeoptionen.

In einer gut ausgestatteten Küche können Sie essen oder die zahlreichen lokalen Restaurants nutzen. Die Eigentümer bieten Ihnen eine Auswahl an Strandtüchern, Zelten, Sonnenschirmen, Liegestühlen und Strandkarren. Das Moontide verfügt über einen beheizten Pool nur wenige Schritte entfernt, eine private Garage und private Tennisplätze. Es gibt eine brandneue Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Kostenloser Highspeed-Internetzugang über WLAN sowie kostenloser Orts- und Ferngesprächsdienst nach USA, Kanada und P. R.

We had a great trip to NSB and the condo was excellent. Robert was very welcoming, fully communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is well stocked and we enjoyed the ability to use the coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and other convenience items in the condo.The condo building itself is also very clean with a friendly staff. We couldn't believe being on the beach there was not even any sand in the hallways. They keep it very clean and organized.The views are perfect and the beach is right there so we loved the convenience and the beauty of the beach. NSB is also a really cute and clean town. We enjoyed the Flagler Ave shopping and dinners out. It was a great trip and we would definitely stay again.Thank you!Rachel and Jeff

This condo is fabulous! It's right on the no-drive beach with easy access to the ocean. The view is amazing from the living area, (LR, DR, kitchen), as well as the master bedroom. It also has an expansive deck which is a perfect place to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and has newer appliances; and we loved the coastal decor. The owners have provided games, puzzles and books; as well as televisions and a sound system that you can easily connect to. There are beach toys, chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas and tents, as well as a wagon to tote them to the beach. Parking is a breeze and the condo staff are very friendly. There is a rooftop pool and a small gym to use.Lastly, I want to mention the information and recommendations provided by the owners was greatly appreciated. This was our first visit to NSB and we are already looking forward to our return!

We stayed at this condo from January 4-March 28. We arrived to find it spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything in it was top notch with an amazing view of the ocean, even from the kitchen. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, providing suggestions for restaurants and parks to visit. Directions for check in were given clearly so it took the guesswork out of the unknown. Everything you could possibly need or want was already in place, making it as comfortable as home. Thank you Bob and Deb!

Bob and Deb are excellent hosts. Communication was excellent and they were available should any issues arise. (There were no issues)The oceanfront condo is beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a great week was readily available. Nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. That and a cup of coffee started our day off perfectly. We hope to return to this perfect place on the coast next year.

This condo had a WOW factor the minute we walked in. We have stayed at numerous VRBO condos and this one far surpassed all of them in many ways.The design and decor was exquisite. Every detail had been attended to. It was very welcoming and peaceful.It was also very well stocked. Bob was very responsive to any questions and made several recommendations.The property was directly on the sandy beach. Loved the pods of Pelicans. And even watched Santa pass by on his bicycle on this Christmas trip.One of the thrills for me was watching the manatees at Blue SpringState Park about a 30 mile drive.

Gorgeous beachfront property

We had a wonderful stay in November. The condo is beautiful and has a large balcony overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins from the balcony! The unit is well equipped with everything you could want to have at the beach. The owners were very helpful with information about the area attractions and restaurants.

Dear Bob and Deb, Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. We loved the beautiful costal decor and the well stocked amenities! The comfy cushioned chair in the corner of the balcony was a favorite spot. The view from the balcony was awesome. We felt like we were almost right on the water. Thank you for providing the binoculars. It was fun to check out the birds and passing boats! We were lucky to visit during the Beaver Full Moon. The beach was amazingly bright even at midnight! We also saw an impressive King high tide! Thank you for the detailed restaurant recommendations. We visited the Yellow Dog and The Garlic. The Ravioli Bologna’s was excellent! It was a pleasure to stay at Moontide A502. Everything was top notch including your communications with us! Amazing views and great accommodations!!!

Great communication before and during our stay. Best views from the living area and master bedroom! 5 star all the way!! We will go back and I recommend anyone to stay here if you need 2 bed/bath in all of NSB. You will not be disappointed!
