Welcome to The Pink Lotus Penthouse, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2nd floor unit that is nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston. This elegant and spacious home offers a perfect blend of modern comforts and historic charm. With its prime location, you'll have easy access to the city's finest shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. This property is a Duplex, so there is also the ability to rent it as whole house.

The Pink Lotus includes one on-street parking pass for the Cannonborough Community.
- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-05895 and Business License BL037391-05-2024.
Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guestsâ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.
The Neighborhood:
This trendy area is within an easy walk of Charleston's top attractions and a quick, two-block walk from the bustling Upper King District which includes award-winning restaurants and shops. Some of our favorites include Halls Chophouse, The Darling Oyster Bar and Holey City Bagel
Getting Around:
The Pink Lotus Penthouse is located in the heart of Downtown Charleston, which makes it easy to walk or bike to any of our local attractions/restaurants.
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 2 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

đ« Pets are NOT Allowed:
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
đ« This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
đ§ł Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
đ§âđ§ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
