This house has a security system, and outside cameras and well as electronic deadbolt locks to which each guest is given a personal door code. This historic house is located in an area of downtown Charleston, called Cannonborough and Elliotborough. It is the only section of downtown Charleston that allows short term house rentals. The area is considered the “Gateway to the Peninsula” and is surround by all other short term rentals. Because this is the only section of Charleston that allows home rentals it is currently experiencing a city and community backed neighborhood revitalization. The streets of this neighborhood have a great energy and youthfulness. It is home to a number of amazing local restaurants, roof top bars, flower shops, coffee shops, bakeries, and other small boutiques. You will find this newly renovated and listed property has all 5 star reviews on other booking platforms.
