Property was very clean! It is a little small and the living room furniture is not the most comfortable for 4 people to sit and visit or watch tv. Bedrooms are small but the beds are very comfortable. Very close to King Street, however the main shopping area of King Street is down a ways. Host was awesome and was very timely with communications!

Convenient location. Walking distance to a cute little breakfast spot and a few nice restaurants. Easy walk to king street. Unit was clean and well equipped. The only complaint was noise from the street. Loud parties walking by the windows late at night, and construction that starts in the morning made sleeping a bit challenging. The construction will hopefully end soon, but it was a loud corner if you’re a light sleeper.

Great Mother/Daughter Trip!

Loved, loved, loved our stay at Guesthouse Charleston East 42 A! This property was so incredible and perfect for our trip with 2 mother/daughter duos . Charming property, beautifully decorated, clean, great location and within walking distance to dining & shopping, easy check-in, responsive communication with property management, just overall perfect.
