Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with solid hardwood (pine) flooring throughout. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with cozy sofas and a smart TV while the chef of the group prepares exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home also offers a screened sunroom with dining and lounge areas - perfect for relaxing after a sun-filled day at the beach! Speaking of the beach, you will also find an outdoor shower that will come in handy for rinsing off. All bedrooms have carpeted floors. The full bathroom has a new vanity and luxury vinyl tile floors. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer.

This retreat does not have cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The half bath is located outside next to the screened porch. It is not heated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
