Diese große Oceanside Hause (Schlafmöglichkeiten 10-12 gemütlich) befindet sich im nördlichen Ende der Stadt Fenwick Island direkt an der James Street. Fenwick Island ist für ihre schönen breiten und sauberen Strände, die nie überfüllt sind bekannt. Dieses große Haus (3500 sq. Ft plus) ist ideal für Familien mit Spielzimmer mit Spielen und Spielzeug, mehrere Wohnbereiche und Decks ausgerüstet, um in der Nachmittagssonne und Sonnenuntergänge über die Bucht zu nehmen. Der Hinterhof hat eine Schaukel und wird in für Ihren kleinen Kindern zu spielen eingezäunt. Verlassen Sie das hintere Tor und einfach zu Fuß 200 Meter Tiefe eine Dienstbarkeit zu James Street und dann sind Sie etwa 500 Meter von der direkten Dünen Zugang zum Strand.

Great location for the beach.

This house is just a block from the beach. The beach was great and never crowded. The large wagon for taking stuff to the beach was greatly appreciated. The house with 5 bedrooms worked great for our family but it could use some updating overall.

As advertised. Good set up for families. Good location to palaces to eat locally at the beach is fabulous. Very close to the beach. 5 min walk. Only down side is that you have to walk to the beach along the major road way in front of the house. No sidewalk. Short walk past two homes to side street.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We shared the house with our grown children and their families. Each family shared two bedrooms joined by a full bath. The master bedroom was on the third floor along with the living room and kitchen. So we all had some privacy when needed. The beach was a five minure walk and the beach cart that comes with the house made it so easy to transport chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The house was clean and comfortable and very spacious. Chrisy was great and responded quickly when we contacted her. I highly recommend this house and look forward to future stays.

Fantastic family vacation home

This was our family's first trip to Fenwick Island and couldn't be more thankful for coming across this property. The house is spacious, clean, and very accommodating for a large group. The location is great with restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive, and the beach is only a block away. The beach road is immediately behind the house and was great for walking, running, biking, or scooting. Only thing to take note is the number of parking spots available in the driveway. Max capacity to allow for cars to go in and out comfortably is 4, so something to keep in mind since the house is meant for a large party. Looking forward to staying at this house again! Ty for a wonderful stay.

The location of the house, very close walking distance to the beach and the space and layout of the house was good for us. However the house needs a really good deep cleaning. Under the beds, tv, couches etc was very dusty. The bathroom floors were sandy as if they were never cleaned. My reason for letting you know this I don't want you to think we left the house like this.

The house is not as well-kept as one would think by looking at the photo. Was disappointed that my guests and I had to spend our first two hours of vacation cleaning the house, which appeared not to have been cleaned at all after the previous guests departed. Additionally, we replaced a shower curtain in one of the 2nd floor bathrooms because it was moldy. Mold was evident around several of the air vents in the house as well. On the plus side, when the first floor of the home flooded due to excessive rains, the owner responded promptly.

Beach access was great because of the young children we had along. The beach cart was a lifesaver! The 3-yr old loved the lower level playroom and outdoor playground. Furniture/lroom layouts have changed inside and out compared to pix on vrbo, but nothing that affected our stay adversely. The house is roomy and easily accomodated the 9 of us. Five bedrooms was awesome! Chrisy was extremely responsive to all my questions and thorough in her responses! Would stay here again!

Perfect location for Ocean's Calling

We stayed here to be out of the craziness of OC for the music festival. It was a perfect place to decompress in the evenings. Chrisy was super responsive and the house was great.

Perfect for Small Children

We stayed with our daughter's family, including our 3 year old grandson. The house was absolutely perfect for him! In fact, he had more fun at the house than he did on any of the outings. Not only is there a yard with a swingset and a playroom full of toys, but there are toys on every level. So no matter where we were in the house, he was entertained. We brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs, so our stay was completely worry-free. It was the best home base for our trip and because it was so well-equipped, we didn't feel like we had to fill every minute of the day doing tourist stuff. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck and having fun together. Thank you, Chrisy!

Family Fun!

The house is great for families with small children. There is a baby gate to keep them from falling down the steps. There are play rooms and toys. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked. The outdoor decks are nice. It is not too far from the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Relaxing stay

We are multiple family’s that come together for our beach vacation each year. We love FI and this house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and looked what we had excepted from pictures and written descriptions. The ease of walking to the beach and to anything downtown was perfect and just what we wanted in a house. Family Stay in Fenwick

The house was just perfect for family and grandchildren. Large and open, well stocked kitchen, plenty of plates, utensils, etc. Downstairs was perfect with the Jack and Jill bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and no crossing highways to get there. Chrisy and her husband were very attentive and responded quickly for any issues. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you Chrisy for sharing your house with us.

Large family reunion in Fenwick Island.

Nice house. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Great location-close to beach. Some minor cleanliness issues but not a big problem. The twin beds were uncomfortable in one bedroom but all of the other beds were fine. Road noise was a little loud at times especially on upper deck in front as the house sits right next to the highway. Parking was good and it wasn’t hard to get out of parking area that was in front of the house. Overall, it was a great visit.

Mark is a native of Fenwick Island, Delaware and married Chrisy in 2007. Their two children loved growing up in Fenwick Island. The Tingle family still live and work locally in the area. Chrisy is a licensed realtor in Delaware.
