Step into your perfect beach retreat! This charming 2-bedroom condo in North Ocean City is your ticket to beachside bliss. Picture yourself sitting on the deck, sipping your favorite drink, and feeling the sea breeze on your skin just steps away from the sandy shore.

With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, two twin-size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, this adorable condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The mini split air conditioning system ensures your stay is cool and comfortable.

From the well-equipped kitchen to the stack washer and dryer, everything you need for a relaxing stay is at your fingertips. All sheets and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart and boogie boards. Paper towels and toilet paper (2 rolls) also included. Just bring your own toiletries.

Explore the area and discover the hidden gems nearby. Treat yourself to delicious meals at the Crab Cake Factory, stock up on supplies at WAWA, CVS, and Food Lion, or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings of Northside Park.

Great location family (toddler) and friends

I stayed at this property with my toddler, two girlfriends, and mom. It was clean, spacious, and very close to the beach. Only a few stairs to get into the front door made it super easy lugging all the beach things around. Will definitely look into staying here again next year!

We had a wonderful time visiting the beach over the holiday weekend. The condo was cozy and almost right on the beach! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It has everything we needed. I would highly recommend Sandy Feet Retreat and would love to stay here again.

This place has everything you need to have a great beach vacation. Just steps away from the beach. The house is very clean. The small kitchen and washer and dryer are definitely a plus as we were able to have dinner in a few nights as well as do laundry when we needed. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place and will likely be booking here again the next time I come to ocean city. Thank you for helping my family make some great memories.

The property was a charming 2 bedroom condo right next to a beach entrance. I loved that pretty much everything needed for a weekend including beach supplies was provided. There were plenty of dining options and there was a bus that could bring you to the boardwalk. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the owner was also seamless.

Great location, close to the beach!

Very nice place, clean and better than described. The beds and bedding were SO comfortable, it made for a great sleep after long days. Kids loved the bunk-beds and the close proximity to the beach. The adults loved the convenience of the beach, nearby restaurants and stores, and very close to the park where their lacrosse tournament was being played. Owners were excellent about answering questions and responded immediately when things came up (for example someone was parked in our designated spot). Couldn’t ask for better communication or assistance from an owner. Would definitely recommend this place to families who want all the perks of Ocean City but don’t want to be right on the boardwalk. It was perfect for our family of four.

Check in was easy as well as checking out. Nice & clean (that is always my biggest thing). Owners got back to me within minutes if I messaged with anything! Actually 75 steps from the beach!

Fantastic Stay/Location/Property

Everything about the description of the place is spot on. It's literal steps away from the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and everything you could possibly need/want. Kevin is a great communicator and the instructions for everything from check-in to check-out is crystal clear/easy to follow. They have so many things available for you to use (beach equipment, kitchen, etc). Highly recommend this place as the distance to the beach and the owner couldn't be better.

Chan was an exemplary guest. Communication before, during and after stay was fast. Chan left the property spotless. In fact our cleaning crew said it looked like nobody stayed. Can’t thank you and recommend you highly enough to other hosts!

Across the pond meeting! Kevin is from Maryland and Zara is from England. We met in England in 1995 and married in 2000. Kevin moved to England in 2000 and we lived there for almost 18 years. We have two children plus Archie the dog and Willow the cat. We have always had a passion for real estate and travel.

Shangri-la for Zara is the beach so we decided to make the best of both real estate and travel passions and decide to be hosts.

We love meeting new people and both have backgrounds in service industries and understand great guest service experiences. Kevin travels a lot for work often on overnight stays all over the US. Many times he feels service and guest expriences are lack luster at the hotels.
