You have to walk outside up the stairs to get to the rest of the home.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
The whole group can kick up their heels in the beachy open-concept living area, with canted ceilings and lots of entertainment. Watch a film on the TV, or just relax while you discuss the day’s plans—that is, if your plans go beyond lounging on the beach! Catch some extra rays on one of the Adirondack chairs on the deck, where you can peer at the ocean in the distance.

The full kitchen is open to the living space, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids or keep the conversation flowing while you prepare a meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for 6, or at the picnic benches on either the upper deck or the shaded patio.

As for sleeping quarters, Mom, Dad, and the grandparents can rest easy in the upstairs master suite and 2nd bedroom while the kids have a grand time in their private lower unit apartment. Between the full bunk beds, daybed, and futon, there’s room for 7 to sleep comfortably there.
