Skip the crowded, cookie-cutter resorts. This custom home sits on a rare 0.57-acre fenced lot with panoramic beach and bay views and room to spread out. Currently there's only one other home in the development, so you’ll enjoy extra privacy and a peaceful stretch of coast. A paved street leads to the golf-car-accessible boardwalk for quick, easy beach access. Our golf car is available for $140/day. An outdoor shower keeps the sand outside, and the large private pool is perfect for post-beach lounging in the yard that is treated regularly with mosquito repellent.
With approx. 2,900 sq. ft., it sleeps up to 12 comfortably.
Level 1 – Bunk Suite: Oversized bunk room with separate entrance, kitchenette, and full bath—feels like its own apartment and is great for teens, a second family, or grandparents.
Level 2 – Bedrooms & Laundry:
• Primary suite with sweeping views, private balcony, walk-in shower, and dual vanities
• Two guest bedrooms + full bath
• Laundry room for easy cleanups
• Every bedroom has a smart TV and light-blocking shades
Level 3 – Main Living: Bright, open living/dining with stunning views in every direction. Well-equipped kitchen features an island, custom cabinetry, and open shelving—great for cooking and gathering.

This home is unique in that it is the only one in the development. It has remarkable views from every window, virtually unobstructed by buildings. To the east is the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. To the west is views of the bay across Highway 361. It's not far from Port Royal Ocean Resort and Conference Center, so this is a good option if you have meetings there but don't want the hassle of the crowds otherwise.

Bring your kayaks and fishing boat! Wilson's Cut Boat Ramp is a 3-minute drive from the home and you can launch a boat or kayaks from there. The little islands are a good place to kayak around. The bay is a great place to dolphin watch! And if you are a night owl - no problem! There are no "quiet hours" at the Mahalo Beach Home, since there are no close neighbors.
