We welcome you to Camellia Blue, a luxury setting just two lots from the white sugar-sand beach in Old Seagrove. Offering a county owned public beach with no restrictions on access or recreation less than 150 steps from the front door. Camellia Blue offers a 6-seater golf cart & 7 adult bikes to explore the most charming beach towns along the Gulf Coast.

As you enter this grand home, the first floor welcomes you to a spacious entertaining space, three bedrooms and a playful backyard pool oasis. The second level begins with a completely open luxury kitchen, dining and living concept with a back porch overlooking the pool. With steps leading to the pool from the second level porch, the yard and living connection is perfect for families to enjoy their own private outdoor space. Complete with a screened-in summer kitchen that offers great family experiences. The 1st master suite is on the 2nd level. The 3rd floor has additional living space and three bedrooms, one of which is the main master bedroom & phenomenal ensuite bath featuring a combined walk-in bath/shower with 5 showerheads and a gulf view.

This home does feature an elevator which rises to all levels including the 4th level viewing porch. Camellia Blue is professionally managed by Sea & Stay 30A & is best rented though our website. Parties, events, smoking, & pets are strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

If you have a smaller group & need fewer bedrooms, we are offering to rent 4 of the 7 bedrooms, sleeping 10 - 14. Including 3 king suites & a custom-built bunkroom.
