The gourmet kitchen is located on the first floor and features Viking appliances, designer cabinets, and beautiful custom countertops. The wine chiller is always nearby. The island counter offers abundant counter seating and opens onto the dining area. Adjacent is the living room with its sweeping views of the Gulf and cozy seating before an expansive TV. Simply put, it’s the perfect venue for vacation movie night. Just steps away is the spectacular outdoor living space with a covered patio, private pool, sitting spa, and outdoor kitchen with a grill. Ascending to the second floor, guests will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, a beachside deck, and a private bath. Adjacent are 2 guest bedrooms—one with a king bed, a beachside deck, and a private bath, while the other has a king bed, a northside deck, and a shared bath. Steps away is a bunk room with 3 twin-over-full bunk beds and a shared bath.
The third floor has another primary bedroom with a beachside balcony, king bed, and a private bath. Down the hall are 2 guest bedrooms, both with queen beds and shared bathrooms. Adjacent is a bedroom/office with a queen Murphy bed and a shared bathroom. An additional sleeping area offers a full sleeper sofa with a kitchenette. Nearby is a laundry area to keep the beach wardrobe fresh.

Perfect location and view! The hosts were very responsive and immediately handled any issues. We had a wonderful time with a large group! The house is beautiful, and it allows for lots of space and comfortability for 21 people. Lots of outdoor spaces were great especially the table at end of the beach walkway! The beachfront and pool were great, but they do not enforce the private beach. It is overrun by the public beach access next to the property so make sure you go early in the morning to claim or space or have chairs set up! The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were a great size! The parking situation is not ideal, and there is only room for 2 standard size cars if you order additional kid bikes and an extra LSV. It advertises 5 parking spots on the main page, and we did not find out it was 3 until after it was booked way later. There are houses right next door on either side so it’s not ideal for privacy. Even with these issues we would highly recommend this property because of its convenient location, ocean views, and beachfront pool!

- Overall was an OK stay. Facility and location were great. Prop Mgr difficult to contact by phone and didn't come by to help when they said they would for parking issue. Loved the shower in 3rd floor Master bath.-Not enough parking. Told I could park 2 cars in the garages and 3 in driveway. Had to juggle 3 cars and the LSV in the driveway and hoped not to get towed. Prop Mgr said they would come look at issue but never came.- Hot tub was not hot the first night. Pool guy came next day and solved problem. I paid for all 5 nights with a hot tub.- Need to mention in listing there is no lift or elevator. All us senior citizens had difficulty moving luggage up and down the flights. Would be nice to have that as an amenity.- The owner's brother showed up during us going to from our son's wedding reception needing us to let him park a car in the owner's-only garage. Kind of a rude thing to do, given the charge for renting the place. I'm sure he could have done this on his "own time" instead of mine.- Need to improve the tape for the rugs at the door entrances. Parts were folded up and posed a trip hazard.- Would be nice to have instructions/directions somewhere in the house for appliances, spa, etc.- Might think about having at least 1 box of kleenex on premises, especially given the prices that are charged for the rental.
