The space
Welcome to 'SeaBatical!'
This gorgeous 3-story retreat has the perfect blend of location, amenities, and coastal charm!
The first floor is the heart of the home, filled with natural light from the windows that create a bright and welcome space. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living room complete with two cozy sofas that flows seamlessly into the dining room, where two large dining tables make group meals easy and enjoyable! Just beyond the dining room, the gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end appliances and bar seating for three. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom, plus a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, access to a private porch, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
Step outside through the living room to the expansive backyard, where you'll find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a fire pit, two outdoor dining tables, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and ample cabinet/counter space. This spaces makes outdoor living and entertainment a breeze! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach!
Upstairs on the second floor is a laundry room, along with 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, walk-in closet, a desk area, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There are two additional King bedrooms, one sharing the balcony with the master and one with it's own private balcony, both with en-suite bathrooms with a glass shower. The final bedroom on this floor is a bunk room complete with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
All the way up on the third floor, you'll find an additional washer/dryer and the 4 remaining bedrooms. There is a second master bedroom, complete with a King bed, walk-in closet, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. Two more King bedrooms, one sharing the balcony with the master and one with it's own private balcony, both have en-suite bathrooms with a glass shower. The last bedroom is another bunk room, complete with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
Out in the garage, enjoy a ping pong table and corn hole for extra entertainment! There are also 2 extra refrigerators located in the garage for extra food/drink storage.
Just a quick walk to the beach, and don't forget to take the LSV/golf cart and bikes to explore Seaside Square and everything else 30A has to offer! Seaside is also an easy walk!

-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed(s) and size(s)
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, fire pit, or other amenities provided to guests.
