BYO nightmare

Home was not equipped for VR for 8-10 people, or even 2 people. No blankets, pillows, extra linens, glasses, not enough dishes, bbq utensils, fireplace tools, dishwasher broken (leaked all over), toaster broken, no paper towels, washcloths, soap in baths, tp, everything. Spent over $200 at 99cent store, Marshalls and Target. This was a special gathering with friends and family coming for a bbq on Sunday. Electric was out in half the house for two days starting Sunday including the stove and microwave and owners woud not respond. No lights at night in bedrooms and baths in front of home. No instructions or contact numbers of any kind for anything including the housekeeper. We made the best of it but for the high end price it was grossly lacking the customary appointments. Had to contact VRBO to get the owners to respond. VRBO mentioned some kind of a credit but have heard nothing yet. Just be forewarned if you book there. To their credit, great patio and hot tub.

Very responsive property owner

The location is very convenient and the property owner was extremely responsive to answer any questions and correct any issues noted before and during our stay. The floor plan is a nice balance sleeping and gather spaces. Love the yard!

Perfect Home for Family Vacation

This house is beautiful and the homeowners are phenomenal to work with. We had 8 people, 3 couples, and two children, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. Lenny, the owner, worked with us before our arrival to help make delivery of a rental crib and stroller easy, and the space is simply amazing. The quiet neighborhood is a great place to run or walk, anything you might need is no more than a couple of miles away. Our kids loved the park which is literally in the backyard of the house. The outdoor areas of the property are wonderfully kept, and there is plenty of seating for many people. We all enjoyed picking the freshest and juiciest oranges/tangerines we have ever tasted! The memory foam beds and pillows were truly incredible. We all slept well which doesn't always happen when away from home. Finally, this house is perfect for spending time with family we don't always get to be with. Great location for a Family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the house has great outside space with a park right at the back door. We had a couple of early hiccups but Lenny was very prompt in putting things right. If your looking for somewhere close to the freeways to get around but close enough to the beach this would be an ideal location. A very roomy house with lots of space and a great layout.

Family Reunion a Success in Spacious Home

We found the property matched the photos perfectly! Very spacious rooms accommodated we three KY couples for a reunion with our brother who lives a couple of miles away. We enjoyed comfortable beds, large kitchen/dining area and especially the beautiful private patio, luscious landscaping, and a hot tub! We hosted a cookout with our brother and our small gathering had plenty of seating. The house is in a quiet well-maintained neighborhood about 3.9 miles from the beach. Very nice neighbors, too. A nice park is literally right through the patio gate! There is a very nice mall nearby with shopping and restaurants. Our week-long stay included exploring Huntington and Seal Beaches, visiting the Temecula Wine region, wandering the shops and walking the boardwalk in Laguna Beach, but mostly spending time with our brother and his Huntington Beach family. The Wi-fi worked seamlessly. There are several flat-screen TVs using antenna (no cable or satellite) but there is a Blue Ray player, from which one can access the Internet entertainment sites or play DVDs. Lenny and Sylvia were super to work with, and the renting process went smoothly. We have already recommended the property to others and would definitely consider staying there again. Kentucky Family

We recently purchased this home so my wife can be closer to her mom, dad and 7 brothers! We live on the east coast in the summer so we are making this property available so other families can enjoy this beautiful beach community when we are not there.
