Besuchen Sie unser schönes Poolhaus, das perfekt für 2 Familien eingerichtet ist. Unser Haus ist Designer dekoriert und mit gefliesten Bädern und Holzböden aufgewertet. Zwei Meister beide mit Cal King Betten und eigenem Bad und Pottery Barn Betten. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und 1 Kinderzimmer, beide mit Full over Full-Etagenbetten und Töpferscheunenbett. Alle Zimmer verfügen über 46+ Fernseher. Die Schlafzimmer 3 und 4 teilen sich das dritte Badezimmer im Flur. Es gibt ein Pack 'n Play, einen normalen Kinderwagen, einen Doppelkinderwagen, einen Hochstuhl und einen Kindersitz für den Tisch für Ihre Säuglinge und Kleinkinder. Das Spielzimmer verfügt über eine STIGA-Tischtennisplatte, ein Abstellraum mit Spielzeug und Spielen. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 60-Fuß-Fernseher mit DVD-Player, eine Wii-Konsole mit 4 Fernbedienungen und Ladegerät sowie ein Kabel mit den über 200 Top-Kanälen von Disney Channel & Time Warner. Hi-Speed WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen. Entspannen Sie in unserem neuen Sprudelbecken und im eingebauten Whirlpool im Hinterhof. Es gibt auch einen Erdgasgrill und eine Terrasse Ess-Set und zusätzliche Stühle. Wir steuern und überwachen die Pooltemperatur aus der Ferne, um sicherzustellen, dass die Heizung eingeschaltet ist und die Temperatur vor Ihrer Ankunft erreicht wird. Haus renoviert und alle neuen Möbel ab Mai 2018.

Beautiful Home!!

First of all you have a beautiful home!! The neighborhood was very quiet!! It fit our family perfectly!! We loved the pool & hot tub that is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t gone to Disneyland!! It could have had a rack to put our dishes on to dry! Also a keurig coffee maker is faster & easier than a drip coffee maker! There was a slight ant problem in the back yard but when we called Jeff he right away made plans to correct it!! Beds were firmer than what we are used to! Having the 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms was wonderful! A great time was had by all!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!

Great location

We have family in Tustin but always like to try and do some Disney activities. The location was perfect! Nice neighborhood with necessities close by. House was perfect to relax in and spread out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great house in a great location

The house was just as pictured, the host sent super detailed information about the house with an online digital guide which was super nice. The house was right off the expressway, we couldn’t see or hear the expressway which was nice, but the on and off ramp were right at the entrance of the street. Super super convenient location and quiet, nice neighborhood. I stayed there with my husband, 2 kids- 5 and 3, mom and mother in law and we had plenty of room, it was perfect. The house is 15 minutes from Disney and 15 minutes from the SNA airport, nice pool and nice hot tub. Really couldn’t have asked for a better house, I highly recommend this house!!

Disney Getaway Stay!

Here's a polished review you can use: ---We enjoyed our stay very much! It was my nephew's 10th birthday, and the house was perfect for the five of us on our first trip to Disneyland. Everything was thoughtfully organized and clearly marked, making our stay smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable visit. We would definitely stay here again!

The Highs and Lows

Let's start with the positive:This house was a perfect set up for our needs and in close proximity to my son's school. We loved that there were two master suites and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean, well-equipped and ready when we arrived. We loved the backyard and it was definitely a big selling point for us.The negative:After we booked and paid, we were sent the contract with many oppressive rules. We felt like they were assuming we were going to break all of their rules and they outlined all of the punitive consequences. This was not a welcoming vibe AT ALL. Some of the rules included:Two cars only (including you CANNOT load/unload ever)You cannot have guests to the house that exceed the maximum occupancy (ever). So, we could not invite my son and a couple of friends over for a BBQ and'or swim. You cannot be outside AT ALL after 10. I feel like a responsible adult could sit out there and sit in the hottub as long as we were not making noise/problems.I feel like the rules could be framed in a different way. We WERE NOT the problem. We were two middle-aged adult families (in-laws) with our kids.The biggest issue was the fact that we did not feel comfortable or that we could relax. We felt like we were constantly be surveilled. In fact, we were quite disturbed when we found a hidden listening device (not disclosed to us that we could find) in the rec room/garage. Despite there being 9 visible outlets, this device was plugged...

Perfect place for multiple families

Awesome family getaway

We had a great time! The house is totally cute! We came as a family to spend time together. The house is right off the 55 which was great to get to Disneyland and John Wayne airport. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Beds were comfortable. The house is situated in a cute quiet neighborhood with grocery and eating within a short distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House and Convenient Location

House is exactly as advertised. It is clean and has lots of kitchen dishes and appliances. Needs a new toaster. It does have child safety alarms on the doors leading to the backyard because of the pool, which is required. It took some time to get used to those alarms. It's required so can't fault, just have to learn the sequence to open doors. I would definitely recommend the house.

Sisters Getaway in Orange

Our long weekend in Orange was very enjoyable! This home has a great backyard with pool and hot tub! We loved the hot tub!!! The home is spacious and clean. Stayed here with my two sisters. There is an issue with the queen size bed- very squeaky and way too soft- my sister that had that room , moved over to the bunk room instead. Dishwasher top rack needs t be fixed, but otherwise works fine. We were only here for about 3 nights , so was not much of an issue for us. Location is fabulous, close drive to lots of fun things to do!

Disappointed

Upon our arrival, we placed a bag of groceries on the counter where the coffee pot was located at a glance the counter appeared clean. When we returned maybe a 1/2 later after bringing in luggage etc.., we found ants all over the groceries. We had to throw it all out,$70 worth of food. Next morning as I sat in the kitchen working I was startled by a male walking through, the pool guy. Later in the day while trying to rest, The gardeners arrived and the pool was covered in tree dust, and some leaves. We had no knowledge of ANY SERVICES or disturbances scheduled during our stay. I had texted someone regarding our dissatisfaction and never received a reply. Disappointed no one responded to my text message regarding the above concerns.

Great yard and pool

The yard and pool are amazing, location is great. Property shows wear but also requires a lot of general repairs including burnt out lights, broken patio furniture, missing door knobs and loose/broken items. Property also requires a thorough deep clean and better up keep. Property manager was quick to address our concerns about cleanliness. Overall, a good property for a large group.

Great pool and patio

Easy freeway access about 15 mins from Disney and 30 from Newport Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Home amenities were well stocked (better than past Vrbo stays). Easy to follow directions on electronics, check-in and out procedures and expectations. Excellent backyard and rooms.

enjoyed stay despite many rules

The house was very organized, clean, and spacious. I did notice an item that was damaged when we arrived which was a large hole in the back of a wicker bar chair. We were also very weary of using any of the linens and towels in the house due to strict replacement prices if items were stained or torn. We brought our own towels to prevent anything happening to the house supplied towels. The house itself was very clean and organized which was I was very happy with. My family had plenty of room. I was deterred from using many of the house amenities due to lack of knowledge in how to operate them, and fear of damages or function problems such as the BBQ and the firepit. The fines and charges for those types of accidents or damage were very steep. Penalties for breaking rules or damaging items (which sometimes happen with family and kids) were very steep and sever. On an up note, The swimming pool was great and my family had a great time using it. The communication was extremely fast and accurate which was very helpful in planning this vacation. All and all, I were to rent from this company again BUT, I would ask for disclosure of all the rules prior to placing deposit. I would clarify any questions prior to signing and then be aware of the all the penalties and fines. If you do this and if they seem too steep, maybe this rental isn't for you.

Disney Vacations

The house is very nice and good location. About 15 minutes to the park and 30 minutes to tge beach. The only feedback is the televion remotes did not work in all rooms. Suggestion to have printed instructions on how to use remotes. Overall, comfortably stay
