In günstiger Lage im Stadtteil East Park am Lake Nona - zwischen der Dowden Road, der Narcoossee Road, der Moss Park Road und dem 417 Greenway im prestigeträchtigen Lake Nona-Viertel im Südosten von Orlando. East Park verfügt über drei bequeme Ein- / Ausstiegsstellen in die Gemeinde an der Narcoossee Road, in der Dowden Road und der Moss Park Road. Dies macht es Pendlern leicht, auf dem 417 Greenway in die Innenstadt von Orlando, nach Nord-Orlando und nach Süd-Orlando zu gelangen und alle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Lake Nona Area zu erreichen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Disney World, Universal und Wasserparks sind in 20 bis 25 Minuten zu erreichen.

Dieses Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern bietet Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Queensize-Betten. Das Haus ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ausgestattet, die Töpfe, Pfannen, Utensilien, Teller, Spülmittel, Papiertücher, große und kleine Haushaltsgeräte usw. umfasst. Wäschekammer; Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher und Kabelanschluss; und zuverlässig und schnell wifi.

Unser Ferienhaus ist tierfreundlich und der Hinterhof ist komplett eingezäunt.

Very pet friendly, clean and spacious. The only downfall was having a limit of one car in the driveway and no parking in front of the house. The neighborhood streets are very crowded with cars on both sides of the street making a tight squeeze when traveling to and from the property. The friendliness of host, ease of check in, cleanliness of the property, pet friendliness far outweighs the parking issue.

Need more upfront information, found out upon arrival among the myriad of rules sheets around the property.Owner lives in a seperate section of the house.Lawn care comes on Saturday and are noisy.Can't swin in lakeOwner has a dog that barks on ocassionOnly can park 1 car in driveway, owner uses one side and for some reason you can't park in front of the property although someone does.Can't fry foods, if smoke alarm goes off 250 fine.Posting says queen bed but not queen size.Clothes dryer only work for about 15 mintues then has a filter error even if clean, have to restart it.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points for future guests: All house rules are provided clearly and placed on the kitchen counter for easy access. This property is listed as a duplex, as county regulations require the owner to reside on-site. Guests are informed of this both through VRBO and by text prior to arrival. Lawn service is scheduled weekly and, unless a guest requests otherwise, will take place as planned. In this case, the lawn company arrived at 10am, which we were able to confirm via our exterior cameras. For safety reasons, swimming in the lake is not permitted because alligators have been spotted in the area. Parking for one vehicle in the driveway is accurately listed on VRBO. Driveway parking only is required to ensure guest vehicles remain safe. This home is equipped with a sensitive fire alarm and sprinkler system for guest protection. Cooking is absolutely allowed, but heavy smoke can activate the alarm. Both beds in the home are standard queen-size mattresses, as listed. If any appliance issues arise, we encourage guests to notify us right away so we can promptly assist. The dryer is a Bosch model, and proper settings must be selected for best performance. We care deeply about maintaining our Superhost status and work hard to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Perfectly pet-friendly with proximity to everything

We stayed at this property while relocating from out of state and needed a pet-friendly place while closing on our new home. Vicky was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The home was comfortable and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the lake and convenient access to grocery stores and major highways. It made a stressful time much easier, and we’re so grateful to have found it! For those traveling with pets, this was the most pet friendly place we have ever found. Vicky has lots of pet items making them feel equally welcome. It was so clean you never would realize they accommodate animals. Definitely a place we would stay without pets too!
