This beautiful modern home is near Orlando Intl Airport (10 Min. Drive) and minutes from all major highways. Approximately 20 minutes from Disney Parks/Universal Studios, International Drive & restaurants. Also close proximity to Target, Walmart, Orlando Outlets Malls, Florida Mall, supermarkets, etc. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the cozy ambiance! Overall, its ideal for families (w/kids), groups, couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Das Haus war schön, jedoch mit 1 TV für die Größe zu wenig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war nicht sehr gut. Im Pool und im Sieb befanden sich tote Frösche, abgesunken am Boden. Der Host wurde darauf angesprochen: Antwort: üblich in Florida??? Bereits der Vormieter hat dies bemängelt, was nicht auf ein konsequentes Hosting hinweist. Zu dem waren ein Zimmer sowie die Garage nicht nutzbar, da abgeschlossen. Desweiteren mangelte es an Handtüchern und Geschirr. Wir würden dieses Haus in diesem Zustand im Freundeskreis nicht weiter empfehlen. U.E. ist der Host Rusy nur auf Geld aber keine Investition aus. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in der Umgebung und in Kisseemee bewohnt. Dieses hier war mit Abstand der schlechteste Service. The house is located in a quiet area and we never had any issues with noise from the neighbors. For anyone who has trouble walking upstairs, the only full bath is on the second floor and does not have a bathtub (all disclosed by owner).

Stayed here for Warped Tour in Orlando and had an awesome experience. The place was comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive, and everything matched the listing. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location and all of the room to spread out and the pool! It was perfect for our child's volleyball tournament at the convention center and then we spent a few fun days visiting Universal and we liked that it was close without being too close to the chaos.

Love the house and location

We absoutely loved staying here. Great neighborhood and not far from where we were playing volleyball. The house was as described. My only complaint is that I didnt get the code to check in till 5pm check in day. I even checked w her on Saturday before we left on Monday and she told me i would get it the day of check in. I was really concerned since we drove 14 hours. The pool is awesome. The beds are comfortable. The air did go out because of a storm that Friday night. Contacted Ruthy and she was on it. Unfortunately it was a little warm that night. This was definitely out of her control. She had a ac technician out the next morning on a Saturday. Also, the outside trashcans were almost completely full when we arrived. Other than that we had a great time!! On the very last day the pool guy showed up unexpectedly and we were told we couldnt swim for 2 hours. My true and only real complaint is the check in process. I am a planner.

Good but Pool was invaded by Frogs

first I was arriving earley and check -in time is 5PM. I think that is very late. I was charged an extra 100 for early check in. I feel it should only have been between 50-60. The house is beautiful but the pool was not usable. There were MANY frogs in the pool. There was no skimmer available to scoop them out. Some of the frogs were dead and sunk to the bottom of the pool. If the screen doors on the Lanai get fixed so there is no gap on the bottom of the doors, I think that will stop the frog issue. I would stay there again, but would ask for the owner to fix those doors and provide a skimmer. The house is beautiful. My friends and I had a great time.

We had a great time on our family vacation here. The place felt clean and was comfortable. We had a short weekend, but while there we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice to get into after a long day. Would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts clearly care about their guests’ comfort—every detail was well thought out, from cozy linens to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a “mi casa es su casa” experience—comfortable, inviting, and hard to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Nice home

We came to Orlando for a family gathering and this house was the perfect location to get to the events we had planned. The house was a decent size, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool was great! The only issue we had was the house was a little warm and we couldn’t control the air. The temp was set on 76 which to me is a little to warm for Florida and I would’ve like to be able to control the air myself, but other than that, wonderful house for family and or kids. There also isn’t a master bedroom. It was a locked room I believe was the master bedroom, but we did not have access to it. Other than that, great house and location

Pros... The house was very roomy and spacious for the 5 of us. We were only there for a one night stay with a school field trip. The walk out pool was nice, even though we were not there long enough to use it. The home reminded my of Little Italy. It was cozy. The was a neighborhood pond just outside the backyard.Cons...The kitchen counters needed wiping and the floor was sticky. The microwave over the stove did not work. The small one on the counter had to be wiped down before we used it. The dark stained carpet needed a good shampoo. Since the only full bath is upstairs, the home my not be good for some seniors. There's a lack of privacy in the kitchen/living room due to no window or patio door curtains or blinds. My biggest issue was the fact that you cannot control the temperature. You have to contact the homeowner. Because we got in late, ate and went to bed due to having an early morning the next day. I didn't pay attention to the temp. I woke up around two in the morning with a stuffy nose and uncomfortably warm. I'm sure the host would not have responded in the middle of the night to a temp setting. I suffer from sinus issues and the lack of air caused it to flare up. Still dealing with it three days later. I suggest letting the her know in advance your temperature preference. I also suggest bringing extra towels and wash cloths. We did not have for the 5 of us. Also your own toilet tissue.

Nice place for a vacation stay

Everything was nice and in good order. Plenty of space to relax and visit. The only issue was with a neighbor's car alarm that kept going off in the middle of the night waking the little ones up. But eventually that seemed to stop. Our hostess was quick to respond to communications and very helpful. .

Great Choice for Orlando Area Stay!

We rented this specific house because of its proximity an event location we needed to be at for the week. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is close to everything - airport, I-drive, parks, grocery, target, Florida Mall and more.The house itself was exactly as described with some nice benefits - good kitchen wear, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher pucks. We rent often and normally get one of each and then are stuck buying more for the week but not here! The house itself is spacious, beds were really comfortable, the pool was great and the outdoor area really nice. The house backs onto a pond and school and is very private and quiet. We didn't really use the TV but I worked from the home and had no issues with wi-fi or video calls. The house is a little dated but was perfectly fine for our stay and much more spacious and cost effective than a hotel or other homes in the area. We had a few questions for Ruthy while we were there and she was helpful, responsive and a delight to correspond with. We've stayed at a lot rental properties over the years and count this one among the best we've experienced. Would certainly consider this house again in the future.

Decent house, but not great communication

I did not receive information about how to get into the property until well after arriving. A repair person came during our stay to look at the net around the pool. We were not notified that this person was coming. One of the bedrooms had an opening to the rest of house.the house.

Great stay!

The house was everything we needed for our group trip. The pool was great for cooling off after a day in the city. The kitchen was super well-stocked, so we could cook up some amazing meals together. Ruthy was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!
