Mike T's condo was very clean and comfortable and the perfect location for visiting family who live nearby. Plenty of restaurants a Publix and a Dunkin were all a short short drive from the condo. Mike T was super responsive and and eager to make you feel welcome. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

Nice owner and misleading photos

The property owner was extremely accommodating, responded to communications quickly, the unit was clean, and he even lent us accessories for the beach. He met us and gave us an unnecessarily lengthy tour of the condo. We gave the Lister 3 stars upon arrival because he was very accommodating, albeit overbearing.However, this was not the unit we paid for online. The pictures and physical address on the listing did not match. When we asked about the contradiction, the Landlord informed us that he provided us with a 2 bedroom/2 bath, so we got what we paid for. He informed us that he had eight condos that all looked the same, and we got 1 of the 8. That is not what we paid for. We booked the condo based on the advertised photos.Ex: The Patio in the photo showed an outdoor patio. We got a fully enclosed small room with damaged (plastic lined) windows that smelled of mold. One picture on the listing showed that one of the bedroom windows looked out to a lakefront with a fountain. Although there was a lake on the property with a fountain, it was not near the property that we were provided.Overall, we found the experience to be somewhat misleading. That said, the owner was very kind and exceptionally accommodating, and we sincerely wish him all the best.

The property is a wonderful condo with everything you can need. Great views from the screened porch. The owners are very personable, and give a great tour and check-in on arrival. Always available if you have a need. Will stay there again next trip to Orlando.

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our 6 days at this property. Owner very friendly, communcation very good. He met us upon our arrival, helped with luggage, gave a quick tour of complex. He allowed us to have our 70lb boxer which worked out great. Nice pool. Gated community. Definitely would return, and recommend to others.

Lovely place to stay

This place met most of our expectations - clean, well furnished, beautiful community and amenities, close enough to where we needed to be. Mike the owner was incredibly responsive and eager to please. Our only thought for improvement: the kitchen is very sparsely stocked. Usually we at least find a bag of coffee and container of creamer to tide us over until we get to a grocery, but there were only a few coffee filters on top of the coffee maker. But that is a minor inconvenience for an otherwise lovely place to stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for one week and enjoyed many of the amenities it offered. Mike was fabulous at communication and took the time to show us all around. We took advantage of the Country club for dining numerous times. The food and cocktails were great and very reasonably priced. It was a short 1/2 mile walk from the Condo. We should have brought our golf clubs as the Golf prices were inexpensive. The view from both bedrooms and the screened in porch to the pool and the small lake were enjoyable. The condos are older with some updates and probably could use a few more, but you can't beat the pricing, and the proximity to the airport, theme parks and Beaches. The condo had everything we needed, and we would definitely rent from Mike again. Ohhhh and bonus...... and we got to witness a spaceX launch while dining on the patio at the Country club. Even at 45 miles away, it was pretty darn spectacular!!! Thank you Mike!

Nice, clean place to stay for our vacation

We stayed here for a week, and were very happy with the accommodations. Mike, our host, was very communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back here to stay again, and hope to be able to visit in the future to see some more of the attractions and beautiful Florida beaches.

Clean and Quiet

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The location was great as it allowed us to avoid much of the traffic from the tournament and parks. The unit was clean and the area was peaceful an quiet. Mike is great, very responsive and proactive as you arrive.
