we just happened upon this house when looking for a new place to visit this summer and it is a gem best cove for quiet swimming beautiful boat dock and great boat rental connection manager was very responsive to all our questions about the area recommend it absolutely

Beautiful vacation house & great location. Had a great week at Lake Norman staying in this awesome home. Perfect for our multi-generational group. Family Getaway

We stayed here for a Lake Norman family getaway a few weeks ago. The house was absolutely stunning, as clean as can be - and the host was more than accommodating for any and all of our needs. By far one of the nicest, most unique homes I’ve ever seen on LKN. Not to mention a private cove and great view! We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Stunning Luxury Property

Everything about this property is perfect. I wish I could underline that entire sentence. From the private cove and double-decker dock with pontoon-sized boat slip, expansive outdoor living space/fire-pit, architectural finishes, interior built-in ceiling speakers with upstairs/downstairs controls, and amenities like the sauna and soaking tub. Only 20 minutes from Davidson for a date night and centrally located on the lake for easy access to all boat-up restaurants. You truly feel like you're in a luxury hotel - the only thing missing is turndown service! We can't wait to rebook.

Best vacation home in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area

My family and I have been vacationing in the area for the better part of 15 years - this house and host by far are the best we’ve ever experienced. Our group was mostly adults with a small child and the home, location was perfect for everyone. I had a few questions before and during our stay, and the host was really quick to reply and usually additional info beyond my request. We are looking at dates to rebook for the following year as a family because we had such a wonderful time! I highly recommend you consider this property for your vacation. It’s well suited for larger families, couples and friends groups, or a romantic getaway. The location is perfect for shopping, a quick ride into Charlotte downtown, but my guess is you won’t want to leave AS the property has everything he really need and want to do.

Beyond Expectations

This property was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in and we have rented many homes over the past 10 years through VRBO. The home is stunning and inviting. The outdoor lanai was where we spent the majority of our time as it has everything from a grill to comfortable seating to a wine fridge, two extra portable cooler for your use and a giant screen tv. So many thoughtful extras like hand soap at the built in sink and it was so clean even though it was an outdoor space. The kitchen was fully fully stocked like I didn’t have to buy paper towels or dishwashing soap or tabs. They even had a huge basket of Keurig pods available as well as a stocked espresso machine. Each bathroom had plenty of towels, hand soap and bath products. They provide loads of beach towels. Because of all the extra touches we saved quite a bit at the grocery store when we were stocking up. The amenities and details in the house were just the cherry on top to a beautiful property. The property manager Mike was so so helpful and very prompt to my many questions. I highly recommend this home. We hope to return next year.

This house is AMAZING

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The owners put so much time and effort into making this place better than you could ever imagine. Every single aspect of this house was impeccable. The bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, dock and outdoor areas are great for those of all ages. We especially enjoyed our time in the large outdoor areas, dock with an upper deck and state of the art appliances. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Our kids loved it, the adults loved it, and no one wanted to leave. I would rent from these people over and over again. If you’re thinking of booking this home, do yourself a favor and DO IT. The public boat ramp is a short 10 minute drive and 4-5 minute boat ride, it was so easy to put our boat in. Each room boasts HUGE closets (big enough for a pack n’ play if you’re a curious Mama of littles like me). There are several waterfront restaurants within 15 minutes via boat. The owners are so thoughtful and organized and provide anything you could possibly need. Espresso, ice machine, outdoor wine fridge, outdoor furniture, outdoor appliances, utensils— they have it all! Boke lodge FOREVER holds a place in our hearts.
